I just wanted you to know what a great experience I had with your company both in the office and field. I called about 5.30 pm on a Friday night with a main sewer line back up and was told that you could have someone to my home within the hour. Dean arrived at 6.00 and from the moment he got there he was the most professional, courteous and all around great guy. He went to work cleared our sewer line and also cleaned up all of the mess in about an hour and a half so we could continue with our evening. What a fantastic way to do business.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We woke up to the sound of water running and quickly found out that our water heater had blown. I was recommended Simpson Water Heater Repair from a neighbor. Given we are in the middle of pandemic, I was not expecting to be able to get anything done in the same day. Not only did they say they could do it, they were at my home with a new water heater in a matter of hours. They did an excellent job and had us back up and running very quickly!

To the T Plumbing & Heating is amazing! We have had them install a water heater and water softening after we received a ridiculous quote from a contractor for just a water softening system. To the T came out for about 6 months after the install to make sure my water softener system was working and softening our water properly. In July, they replaced our 20 year old AC/ HVAC and put in a halo system. They walked my husband and I through the entire system and made sure we understood how to work everything. The team at To the T Plumbing & Heating are truly masters of their trade. I have had an amazing experience with them. I will recommend them to anyone that wants honest, knowledgeable, and professional plumbing/ heating team.

Awful service!!!! Arranged for faucet install though Home Depot. Home Depot told me Delta would contact me within 2 days. They did not. After being on hold for 30 min. after I called them, we arranged a 2 hour window for install. 45 minutes before this window, they called me to tell me they couldn't make it. Arranged for another 2 hour window on a different day. After this window expired, never heard from them, I called and was a on hold for a full thirty minutes, the rep said she couldn't get ahold of the installer. 20 minutes later she called and said his truck had broken and he couldn't do it. When I asked if I could have a specific time, not a window, for the next attempt, I was told not. I will not use!!! Very, very poor service, do not use!!!
