Our furnace died Feb. 3, at 7:00pm which the night that we got 15 inches of snow and zero degrees during the night. Horizon had installed this furnace 15 years ago so called them at 10:00pm, got their answering service and decided it wasn't an immediate emergency and could wait until the next morning. Horizon called then and had a repair technician at our home at 10:00am. Found the problem and decided the repair cost was to much to put into an old furnace so they arranged to have Carolyn, their sales rep, come to the house in a couple of hours. We listened to her presentation and decided on the new furnace that would be best for us. She was able to work our installation in the very next morning. She also let us use 2 electric heaters to help keep our home somewhat warm until they arrived the next morning. The service techs arrived at 7:30am, put down carpet protection covers, had the old one out and the new one installed by 3:00pm that afternoon. The service was excellent. Horizon was amazing and one of the best in Denver. They are a little more expensive than the local joe but their attention to detail and follow-up is awesome and the little extra cost is well worth it. We love our new Trane furnace. Way to go Horizon!!

I had my hot water heater replaced in the spring and was so impressed with the prompt and high level of service by Plumbline and Les, who did the insallation, I had no hesitation in calling once again when my A/C went out. Again, prompt & friendly service by Gannon, who got me up and running before my house temperature became inbearable in the very excruciating heat of our Colorado Summer! It was then I decided, that since the A/C and furnace were both 21 years old, it was time to take the plunge to replace both and take advantage of the current special they had going on. Gannon was kind enough to make the call for me to have someone get in touch with me to set up an appointment for the estimate. Again, Plumbline worked with MY schedule and set me up within a few days with an appointment. Wayne was the person who came out to give me an estimate and presented me with my options. I received prompt and friendly service and all my questions and concerns were addressed along with the various financing options that were available. I was able to schedule this replacement on a Saturday which suited my schedule best (I was given the option of the Wednesday after I had my estimate, but I had to work), so I was immediately impressed on how quickly I could have the work done! Today, I just had my A/C and furnace replaced and the team of Mike, Forrest and Richie were awesome! They were very knowledgeable and personable fellows who seemed to really enjoy what they were doing! They arrived on time and ready for a FULL day of work! All my questions were answered regarding my new units and Mike even indulged my curiosity about the more technical aspects of HVAC. I can't thank everybody enough for the service I have received with all the work I had to have done this year! With the experience I have had with Plumbline, my faith in a company doing exceptional business has been restored! More companies need to follow whatever business model they are using! The staff are exceptional from the call center to the sales people and to the installers! I had the impression that the staff are treated with respect and are valued. Moe was absolutely amazing. It almost 9 PM when he arrived but Moe spent over an hour discussing my system with me, my maintenance history, warranty of the system tland the best options for my budget. He took time to evaluate the duct work and air flow issues throughout my home.My AC is functioning properly andhe will be returning to re-evaluate refrigerant levels tomorrow.I could have asked for a more knowledgeable technician.Moe was kind, courteous and respectful.ofy home. I made the mistake of attempting too much plumbing on my own, and couldn't finish a bathroom remodel without help. One call to Marcus @ Befort Plumbing took care of my incompetence, and he made time the next day to sort out my mess and connected all the pipes to a new vanity. We recently bought a house where the previous owners did a wreck of a job with a DIY bathroom remodel, with most of the problems hidden in the second level floor/main level ceiling. The sewer/drain line started leaking the first time we used a sink which caused damage to the ceiling drywall on the main level, which is how we discovered the problem. I took time off of work and out of my day to meet their estimator, only to be informed three days later that, this is not a job blue sky believes we can do for you. There was nothing that we discussed before the estimator left that seemed like something a licenced plumber wouldn't be able to handle. The only reasons I can think of are 1) their plumbers are not skilled enough to do it, or 2) they just don't want to do it. I do believe it's probably the latter, and I am a proponent of a free market and believe they should be able to turn down a job for any reason or no reason at all, but the consequence is a bad review and reputation for not coming through for people. My advice would be to call someone else unless you need something extremely simple done, because I feel like the only job they would have accepted was one that I could do myself, like installing a toilet or replacing a faucet.

Brendan Franklin repaired my boiler system and did a great job. He was extremely professional and knew everything about boilers like the back of his hands. He explained everything that needed to be done in details and got everything done as promised. This guy have pride in his job and went above and beyond to help me any ways he can. I’m so pleased with Jay and Doctor fix it. He was next troop working at my neighbors and I needed a bathtub clog fixed ASAP. I asked him if he could come check it out and told me to call his office. I called the office and they scheduled him to come right over. My clog was due to a broken stopper. Jay let me know what was going on and how to fix the issue. He didn’t charge me and was extremely polite and professional.

To the T came out and educated me on how my plumbing system works. Fix the issue in a timely manner. This processes was great from start to finish. Would defiantly recommend this company.
