But Prime plumbing and heating Inc. services proved my work. They came in the early morning after a single call and helped us with our issue.

The house we purchased has an old boiler for heating and the boiler needed serviced. Servicing the boiler has given it more years to its life. Very happy that that has been taken care of. The young man was very proficient, and very pleased with his work.

Great experience! Forrest was my technician. 1st thing he did was shovel my snow. Then addressed my problem with the utmost professionalism. He also took the time to educate me regarding my sewer line.

Shane was thorough and explained everything about the furnace checkup to me. Even showed me pictures. Unfortunately, I am going to have to pay some more money for some repairs, but it is much better than getting a whole new system.

Mike and Marty were amazing! We had a leaking pipe from our bathroom to our basement that they fixed quickly and efficiently. We also had a poorly set up sewage system leading from our laundry to the main sewer line that was allowing sewage gas into our home. They were able to figure out the issue immediately and fix it. They expected the projects to take a day but it only took them half the day to complete. Very nice guys and would definitely recommend!!

The technician was very nice, professional and courteous! We had the motor on the blower that pushes hot and cold air through the vents quit. Of course it was a holiday but Golden West offers 24/7 service and we managed to grab a slot! It did cost more but we faced several days in a motel so we felt it was worth it.

We had a new sink and garbage disposal installed. It went smoothly and Jay Parker did an incredible job of not only those installs but updating the piping under the sink that was over 25 years old. He cleaned up the area very nicely and explained all he was going to do before hand and then performed all he said he would do. I highly recommend Doctor Fix-It Techs and service. I used a competing service to updater our water softener system and they left a big mess saying, That happens when you work with water. I won't use them again.

Nate and Kam came out to our house within less than a 8 hour notice. Right on time with a text from them being on their way. Fixed our thermostat problem quickly and got us back in the warm house within minutes. Amazing service, will definitely keep them in mind for future services. Highly recommend.
