Truly awful service and Austin flaked out on my job. Avoid at all costs.

They first bid a simple shower valve replacement at $284 plus materials and then as they flaked on job morning they were suppose to arrive, told me how they underbid it and gave me a lame excuse about their truck breaking. But I should just hang on and see if they could make it later in day. When I texted again I've since been completely ghosted. I wound up learning to solder copper pipe just so my tile guy could work. You're fired.

Alex Paz came out for a service call and he was amazing. It was a root issue and later transitioned into an issue concerning my main and the cities. Alex was understanding, patient and articulate in his thorough explanation of the issues and the possible solutions. Even when he didnt have the answers , he called up the chain to get them and when the powers that be started talking over my head he made sure that all my concerns were addressed in a fashion that were understandable to me. Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Late Friday evening my husband discovered a water stain on our ceiling directly below the master bathtub. The next morning we called three plumbing companies, and Hurricane Drain was the only one who could come out that day (Saturday). Vladimir came out and quickly assured us that everything was going to be okay (in a wonderful Russian accent to boot!). I envisioned having to make holes in the wall, a new tub, etc. Nope, it was a simple fix. He even showed my husband how to fix it or he would have done it for us. All we had to pay was the diagnostic fee, which was worth every penny. While I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, if I do I will be calling Hurricane Drain!

Sharone did a great job diagnosing and fixing a badly clogged toilet in Denver. He had to do quite a bit of work and different techniques to get it fixed. He is definitely a master plumber!
