We had Tony, Lazaro, and Josh do a rough in for a bathroom in our basement and they did an amazing job! They kept checking in to make sure everything was done as we wanted and solved every problem they ran into with our best interest in mind. It was so comfortable having them in our house. They were so knowledgeable, respectful and personable! Highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs some intense plumbing work done.

Several years ago we replaced our main sewer line and thought that our sewer backup problems were behind us. However, we were not so fortunate. Over the weekend we had out-of-town guests stay with us. They used the finished basement and bathroom, and sure enough, the sewer backed up while they were here. We called Drain Terrier around mid-afternoon on a snowy day to see if they could help us. They weren't able to get to our house that day, but they were here first thing the next morning. In working with Terry, we came to realize that about 90% of all of the bathroom drainage in our house comes to the same choke-point on its way to the main sewer line. Terry, therefore, recommended that we replace our 30-year old basement toilet with a power-flush toilet. Great idea, and he and his assistant did a great job installing it. Time will tell if this finally fixes our problem, but we're grateful, nonetheless, for Drain Terrier's excellent work.

Scam Alert. I contracted service from Elite Rooter to unclog a toilet that turned out the be a major replacement of a sewer line. A quote for $9600 was provided to fix the sewer clog. During the exploratory excavation Elite Rooter determine an additional $21000 was required to complete the job which consist of digging an additional 25 feet? I informed Elite Rooter to terminate the job when the Elite Rooter supervisor stated he could go 10 feet for an additional $9600 and it should (not guarantee) fix the problem. I preceded to contact three other vendors all gave a guarantee completion quote ($7600-$9800) to go the additional 25 ft if needed. Also, all stated that the quote they provided would have been given to complete the initial job. When I contacted the corporate headquarters to complain, they stated corporate policy was followed and implied to “go pound sand”. So, if you need sewer work done and have no problem with paying three times the initial quote bestowed then this is a company for you.

I was unable to light the pilot on water heater. Vance came out and light it right away. Apparently i am not holding the pilot button in correctly. Does not seem like that should be hard but apparently there is a correct way and an incorrect way. I appreciated his honesty. Another company may have tried to sell me a new water heater (actually one tried 2 months ago) or may have said it was not repairable. Honesty means I will call them again. Would recommend. NEW ERVIEW: april 2 2022: apparently google wont let me write another review. Water heater experts installed a new wh in Aug 2022. today the gas control valve went out. i called early, and they were able to come out this morning. prior customers are given priority for service. alex had a control valve on his truck and able to make repair quickly. not cheap, but polite, explain things, always been on time. so glad he was able to come today. i dont give many 5 star reviews, but Water heater Experts gets my 5 stars. UPDATE: 6/12/2022 I like Water heater Experts but my 18month old WH is out again for the second time. 2 months ago the gas control valve went out, $374.00. Now its not working again. I dont recommend Bradford White Defender WH: junk.

Shower would not drain. Blew out drains to outside line and installed new main pressure valve. Timely work and excellent job. Technician was excellent and explained everything. He explained what he needed to do and walked us through the completed work. I would highly recommend this company and their people. Thank you for a job well done.

We called Roto-Rooter after desperately trying to find someone to help with a failed sump pump and water backup. Was unable to get anyone to come until we called Roto-Rooter. The office staff where friendly and helpful and dispatched technicians the same day.Cole came and assessed the situation and gave us bid and returned later to installed a new sump pump.Cole was efficient, professional and courteous. We recommend Cole for these reason and would use him again without question.Also, Steve, with the restoration team at Roto-Rooter came and looked at our water backup. He evaluated and offered much appreciated advice and how to proceed. We recommend Roto-Rooter and would use them again.

Cody explained the problem and made sure he could duplicate it, before jumping right into repairs. He worked swiftly and was very professional during the whole process. I will be using them again, and feel confident in the work that was completed.

Charles identified and quickly repaired a drainage pipe in our basement that had cracked and was leaking a lot. He came a day earlier than we expected and explained what was needed and how he would do the work. He was very happy and helpful. A joy to work with.
