Yesterday Lincoln from Done! came to take care of a broken outdoor faucet and we couldn't be happier with his work. Not only did he arrive exactly when expected, he was conscious about putting booties on his boots every time he went in and out of the house, he kept me informed of every step of the process, provided a thorough explanation of the repairs, and he was VERY pleasant to deal with. This is the third time we've used Done! and every time has been a very good experience. If Done! continues to operate like this, they'll be the only plumbing company we will ever use! They're support staff is awesome also. They called to let me know when Lincoln was on his way, followed up after the job, and were very helpful when I first called to make the appointment. They installed a new heater and AC. The team was great. They were friendly and clearly explained our choices and the work they would be doing. They took the time needed to do the job right without cutting corners. They were clean, on time and thorough. I would hire them whenever this kind of work is needed.

Sam fixed a leaking pipe and a leaky gas line at my house. Both times he came over he was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great repair. Would hire him again and again!

We bought our AC less than two years ago and have had nothing but issues with it. We have had a tech out multiple times finally last JUNE a tech figured out what was wrong. We have been waiting since for them to come and repair it. Every time a tech has come out they have forgot the part or did not read the notes and have had to reschedule. I scheduled our appointment back in December so that they would be out here on March 6th 2023 to have the ac fixed finally after waiting since June 2022 and once again the tech came unprepared and was unable to fix the problem we set the whole appointment for. I was told by Ashley yesterday she guarantees a tech be here today at noon since they had to keep pushing this out. Once again it is now 220pm no call,no update,and no tech. I 100 percent do not recommend plumbline their warranty doesn't mean anything when you wait almost a YEAR for a system that broke at less than a year old to be fixed..and am still waiting!

Very excellent service from Gabe the service person. He analyzed the problem with the drain, which was unique, and gave me several different methods of achieving a satisfactory solution and estimates of the cost of each. I will use Blue Sky for further work when the time is available to proceed with them.

Golden West got us seen within 72 hours and Brendan showed up right on time at the beginning of our window. Super professional and thoughtful in his approach. Made sure he knew exactly what was wrong before recommending a fix. Would definitely use them again!

I had a leak in my water heater and called Jon late on a Wed. night. He was there first thing on Thurs morning to assess the problem and replace my water heater. By 1pm, I had hot water again and it has been working great since. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable about my problem and got it done quickly. I will definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing need.

Mike Taylor is a likeable and knowledgeable plumber. The last plumber I hired to fix the toilet told me that the whole toilet needed to be replaced. Mike came in and said that the toilet is fine, just needs new parts installed CORRECTLY. He installed the parts and saved me a bundle compared to replacing a toilet. I now have his number on speed dial - because everyone needs an honest plumber on speed dial.

I have used Dr Fixit several times in the past for a rental unit. This time I called regarding a leaky shower head and a couple drains that have drained slowly in the past at my home. As with past visits, the service provide by the technician, Muris, was great. I was particularly happy with the cost saving suggestions that Muris offered. I highly recommend Dr Fixit for all you plumbing issues.Update. My tenant called saying the dishwasher was emptying into the cabinet and the amount of hot water for showers was limited so I called my go to plumbing service. As with all past calls, the service technician was great. The dishwasher was an easy fix and the water heater needed to be flushed. Chuck took the time to explain what was needed and resolved all both issues quickly.Dr Fixit is always quick to respond, has a great crew of technicians and is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dr Fixit for all your plumbing needs.

Very professional and reliable service - love supporting local business!

Based on my recent experience with this company and particularly with its technician Nate Fisher, I have no hesitation in recommending the company to others. I had a sprinkler problem and the soonest I could get any of the three other companies I contacted to respond was in 1-2 weeks. [One company didn't even bother to respond to the email that I had left at their site's request.] Time Plumbing came out the day after I contacted them.

The person that was sent, Nate, is a highly competent sprinkler repair person. He quickly diagnosed my problem - while saying that until the repair was made he couldn't be sure no other issue existed - and gave me a firm quote for the work. I contacted Time Plumbing and set up an appointment for three days after their first visit. Nate came as promised and was able to quickly do the work and to repair some ancillary problems that we discovered after he reactivated the system.

I was highly pleased with the work performed. Additionally, Nate is a very personable individual and is happy to talk about both the work he's performing and a variety of other topics.
