Sam fixed a leaking pipe and a leaky gas line at my house. Both times he came over he was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great repair. Would hire him again and again!

David was incredibly helpful in helping detect our leak and install a new pressure valve. As long as he is working there I will never use another plumbing company.

We discovered saturated carpets in our basement and could not identify a leak. Steve (3637) came out right away and it was already 8:30 pm. He began his investigation and found the source of the problem and clearly laid out the potential clean up costs and plumbing repair. The plumber Robert (3637) was out shortly there after and stayed until midnight after isolating the problem. The cleanup crew was there early in the AM the next day to begin the dehumidification process and both Steve and Robert came back to finish the job. Highly recommend Roto Rooter.

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

Called after 4 pm for a external faucet repair. Was called back within 20 min, and Wesley was at my home within the hour. He repaired trouble shooted the problem and had it fixed within minutes. Very professional and engaging . Appreciate the prompt work

Only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t do zero, worst experience I had with a company that claims to be professional. Called about 7 times to reach a manager to address my complaint and when finally got a hold of him he said they would mail me my money back in 7 days well it’s been over a month. Honestly stay away

Roto Rooter came to our house Thanksgiving Day after we had a frozen pipe burst and evaluated the damage. Thankfully it wasn’t emergent. Colin came to fix the pipe after the holiday weekend. Of course it was more complicated than originally diagnosed; however, Colin was able to get it done. Thanks, Colin!

No surprise fees or cost. Came early, even though I scheduled it the night before at 9 pm. Made it so pain free. I really appreciate that.

We had a situation of clogged drains. We needed something done pretty quickly. Even though it was Saturday he came out and took care of the problem. Very reasonably price, and he stood by the original quote. Would completely recommend him and use him in the future
