I called early morning to have my water heater repaired because I couldn’t get it to relight. There was an opening at 4 in the afternoon but I had a funeral to go to. Chris in the office worked some magic and was able to find a technician to come earlier. Kenny showed up and was very professional and replaced the entire water heater with enough time for us to make it on time. Thank you to everyone who assisted in helping us.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

WHE did an excellent job replacing my water heater. My old water heater cracked which soaked the floor and carpet so we needed help quickly. Alex responded quickly and gave me options to deal with install challenges caused by our older house. I would definitely recommend WHE and Alex.

Kevin S 6239 was quick to fix our clogged basement drain after our washer flooded our basement. The whole team at Roto-rooter have been helping to resolve our issue Brian and Robert did a great job with the remediation of the basement. They were fast and kept up in the loop on arrival times. We had a new dishwasher installed, the installer mentioned that we had a leaky drain pipe and should have it replaced before we ran the dishwasher. I called Adams Plumbing and talked to Wes. He had me send photos and said he could be out that afternoon. He showed up at the scheduled time, explained several options to fix the leak, and the benefits/cost of each option. He went above and beyond to fix the leak. He explained everything he was doing, he was quick, and the price was very reasonable. We'll definitely keep using Wes and Adams Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I recommend not using! I am a new female homeowner and they took advantage! I had called for a simple snake clear out. The tech ended up breaking it in the drain. He called his manager and he came out 45 mins later I came outside wondering the problem I was informed what happen and it would be 6000 they can start today because I’m no longer in service. After not agreeing they came back with 3000 just to dig and find out more of the issue. I asked to speak to manager Augustin and he was very rude I asked for his number and he said no I can deal with the guy who came out. I needed time to figure out options after a week I reached out to Augustine no return call or anything it’s been a month. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them! Known to break snakes in the drain

We hired Ruben to take a look at our water heater after we had black water damage. Ruben was quick to respond and quick to take a look at everything. He was half the cost of other big plumbing companies and I felt like he did an even better job than they would have. I dint have to wait to get what I needed and he was flexible with the other contractors. We will be using him again in the future.
