Jacob P was very professional and was able to quickly fix our furnace issue. This was unfortunately after the first technician Steven who initially did an overhaul caused the furnace to no longer work. Regardless of the first incident the company was quick to respond and fix the issue, I would use their services again but not request Steven to be our technician.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

We are so happy and impressed with this company! They are efficient and very straightforward with the project. Jeremy is fantastic! We will definitely be using them again!

Overall they did a good job installing our new water heater. The price was fair. The only complaints I have are

1. They had to remove the utility door to get into the furnace room and they also removed several items. They did not put the items back in the closet or reinstall the door.

2. The had to turn off the main water value. They told me they had a problem with the main water value leaking and I thought they had fixed the drip. After they left it was still dripping. I think they could have offered to replace or repair the value since they are in the plumbing business. This was over a week ago and I still have a small drip. Looks like I will have to replace the valve.

We recently had a list of plumbing issues we needed solved and Randy from Spartan Plumbing was extremely helpful in making sure every aspect was taken care of.

He was very patient and thoughtful in how he explained the issues we were having, what methods he felt would best find the source of the problem, and was very gracious in helping us save money in the process.

I have used this company before and was please with the job they did then and the job they did this time. They are the most proficient and pleasant men. I described to Al what kind of a new faucet I would like to have and he went to the hardware store and picked out exactly what I would have bought myself. Amazing!! I really love my new faucet. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs. They did not make me wait for someone to come and I am really happy with their work. And, they never leave a mess!

The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.

I've never used this company, but I was looking for a plumber in the area. When evaluating who you choose, look at how an owner responds to criticism or poor reviews. This man has severe anger issues and doesn't understand professionalism. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

Caleb (5403) and Josh came out the other week to repair an outdoor faucet. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They were all done in under and hour. Would def have these guys out again for any repairs! A+
