Ricky from Tipping Hat came out today to help us figure out where a leak was coming from and fix a broken pipe. He was on time, professional, kept me up to date on the whole process and didn't mind my kids and dog being in his business the whole time. He was wonderful and so great to work with I am so thankful for his help and couldn't recommend them more!

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

Jovany Armendariz plumber came to my house looked at the leak and said the connection needs to be tightened.nothing else. after tightening the leak stopped I highly recommend them.I would give him 10 stars instead of 5.

I called up WHE on Friday afternoon. They were able to get me scheduled for the following Monday. Vince came over and was professional and knowledgeable. He made it clear what work he was going to do and provided pricing. I will continue to use WHE and recommend them to friends whenever a plumber is needed.

This company has great pricing and there are very honest in their estimates. I had cliff come out and he was excellent got everything fixed quickly. Cliff is knowledgeable and has excellent integrity. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

PROS: The technician, Angel, was friendly, professional and got right down to business. He didn't delay. I think he did a good job and deserves a raise. He was baffled that the dispatcher had him out until 1am snaking slow kitchen drains rather then jumping on a sewer back-up.CONS: At 5:45pm Rotor-Rooter gave me a 2 hour window; after 3 hours I had to call them and inquire only to be told that it would have to wait until morning due to a broken down truck...likely story. I would be a priority they said. Well at 8am I was told they were waiting on technicians to check in since Wednesday is paperwork day. Angel arrived after 10am. So much for 24 hour emergency service.

Mark came over was very polite. Explained the cost and went right to work cleared my main line to the main. Cleaned up and we settled the bill. I will be recommending IPC to any one I come across that needs help thank you Mark and IPC PLUMBING AND DRAIN.
