These guys are great. They actually showed up and did the work the work in a very timely fashion. The chandelier they hung was not working so I had to return it and they came back and hung the replacement without adding to the cost which I absolutely appreciate. It was obvious they care about the work the do and the satisfaction of the customer which is rare in the handyman world. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Chad did a great job. He diagnosed my problem with my outlet immediately, and was honest about what kind of an outlet it was. (Many electricians would just replace it and charge me for it, without explaining to me that it was connected to a wall switch and wasn't not working.) He then put together two entire light fixtures for me, that were literally still in the boxes in pieces, and installed them efficiently and expediently. Chad was friendly, courteous and confirmed his appointment with me the previous day (which I like, as otherwise you're left in the dark thinking, Are they going to show up?) Chad offered an amazing, honest price and I will be using his services again for a lot of electrical work and light fixture replacement work in the future!!

This is the second time we’ve used AAA for a non-emergency plumbing issue and I won’t hesitate to call them next time. Today Corey Hansen arrived on time, fixed up our leak issue quickly, and was very friendly and professional. Fingers crossed we never have a plumbing issue again (ha) but if we do AAA will be our first call.

I was very happy to have found Golden West after 3 different plumbing companies were unable to fix my problem and 2 more never showed. It was a great experience from the start. Nicole in the office was friendly and had great communication between the plumbers and I. Golden West was able to make it out to my condo same day for an emergency. The plumber Rico was highly skilled and he jumped right in and completed the job effectively and efficiently. Our entire condo building was impressed by Golden West's service and Rico's knowledge and expertise. Golden West will be our first call if the building ever needs any plumbing services in the future.

Finally decided to get a Tesla awhile back and I wanted to get my new house equipped with an EV charging station. I called these gentlemen and they were able to take care of it for me. I highly recommend using them, very easy to schedule with and the work is next to none! Thanks UPC I appreciate it!
