Best Faucet in Denver CO

I had originally written a long narrative review about Zack Long and Family Plumbing Services LLC. I thought it would be helpful to include all the details about my plumbing project (replacing a 10+ year old kitchen faucet that turned out to be a beast to remove + supply line leaks) and Zack’s plumbing expertise. I was wrong -- so many details that the message gets lost in translation. Here’s all you need to know: Zack Long is an extraordinary plumbing professional. He holds a Master Plumber license (the highest level achievable) and it shows. He is 101% reliable, responsive, honest, knowledgeable and skilled. His business ethics are rarely found today -- he cares about what the quality of his work and complete customer satisfaction. Aside from all that, Zack is polite and personable, and really listens to questions and concerns, plus he’s a really, really nice guy. Not if, but when, I need more plumbing help, Zack is now my “go-to” guy. Don’t hesitate to give Zack a call for your plumbing needs, big or small.

Super friendly. Excellent pricing. Another company tried to tell me I needed $2,000 in repairs. Jason checked everything and $175 later I was good to go. Will call him for any future plumbing project. Couldn't give a stronger recommendation.

I had Bill come by to install a faucet in my home when I first bought it. He did a fantastic job, and four years later I still love my sink. It's never leaked or corroded. I appreciate that he used a quality product and was very fair with his pricing. Highly recommend.

What we thought was going to be a big expensive issue turned out to be easily taken care of. Blue Sky sent us three different techs with three different specialties. Each on took the time to review the issues and provided honest advice. Isiah R. was the last tech to come and he solved the issue in a timely manner. He was personable, honest and respectful. He fixed the issue and explained everything to me before he did anything. He made this experience less stressful and you can really tell he enjoys what he does.

Christian serviced a sink drain and a gas valve for us and he was not only very courteous but he was extremely professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything that was going on. I really appreciate that he would wear shoe-covers in the house (even though he had to come in and out about 20 times, he took them off and put them back on everytime! It was probably a pain... but greatly appreciated!) THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, CHRISTIAN!!!

Bruce was excellent. He was responsive when I called in the later evening, came at the time I requested,
and did a great job fixing our outside faucet pipe that was cracked and leaking into the basement. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

I called 3 other companies before JD. 2 had answering machines and never got back. 1 had even a call center before data then got to the coordinator and with all that fluff they only had one available between 1 to 3 pm while I called before 8 pm! JD's had a real person answering, had a better price for the diagnostic visit than the big fluff company, said the technician would arrive between 10 to 10:30, and then I got lucky I guess with the tech, Mark, arriving at 9:40 already. We had some wonky wires or door switch that made my thermostat randomly reboot. We hope we got it fixed, and despite quite checking of all voltages and wiring, I only got charged the diagnostic service fee. Talk about good first impressions! (And we laughed about the electroBoom youtube channel :) )

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

This was our third time using Golden West. We have rental units and a personal home. Chris and Gabe did a fantastic job each time they came out. We have had repair work done and new heaters and AC units installed. Chris was very encouraging and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and helped us resolve our problems quickly and easily.
