We had a water leak in the mechanical room and called another plumber to do the repair. Their quote was twice as much as it should have been so we were referred to Sound Plumbing. They gave us a reasonable estimate and completed the job quickly. We have used several different plumbing companies throughout the years, but this one is by far the best! Read this. Jonathan from Drain Pros fixed my running toilet for a very fair price and with a great can-do attitude. It only needed a flapper. During a previous visit from Crown Plumbing I was told that, “barometric pressure” and the wind were probably the source of my problem and was charged a $75 fee without fixing anything. The only thing “blowing” was hot air excuses. Bottom line: all plumbers are not created equal. Drain Pros is owned by a Master Plumber who also happens to have served our country honorably (thank you). A smart, family oriented business. Don’t hesitate to call them for any size job. I’ve also used them for more complicated plumbing work.

We scheduled a furnace tune-up with Blue Sky without really knowing anything about the company. We had received a mailer right about the time we needed the tune-up, so they were who we went with. How fortunate it turned out to be! Jerome was the technician who arrived. He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. He showed to me, and explained to me, basically the whole inner workings of the furnace. I really felt like he knew what he was talking about and it was so helpful to receive so much information. I never felt as if any of his recommendations were untrue or just designed to line the company pockets. In this day and age of poor customer service, it was great to have such a good experience!

We contacted Defense due to a leak coming from an outdoor spigot. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were so quick to respond and were able to come out the next day. Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Everyone buckle up, because I have to give a BIG OLD SHOUTOUT to Golden West and my boys Chris and Max!!!!! First off - I had a pressing issue with my AC system, but it's difficult to find time with my work schedule. Golden West was able to work on my time, and show up in LESS than 24 hours from my initial call.Chris and Max showed up exactly on time, and their vibe and energy was unparalleled. They were helpful, communicative, and most importantly they made it fun. It's rare you have someone come out to help with repairs and you end up having a great time getting to know them!They quickly discovered the issue, explained it to me in a way which I understood (which isn't easy haha), and clearly laid out options for next steps. There was no pushy-ness or shock factor sale, they were here to educate me and work towards a solution on my time.Ultimately I decided to move forward. and they stayed 2 extra hours to get the work done! To top it all off - I was having difficulties with my home warranty company while they were here. Chris hopped on the call with them to help get me to a resolution. Now my AC is not only working, but they were able to provide me with a 2 year warranty on the parts :)These guys rock, 10000/10 would recommend.
