On time and very professional. Also trust worthy. The technician thought my problem was a faulty gas valve. The next day when he returned to do the replacement he said he spoke to someone and researched and it seems that because of the heat wave we are getting in Texas the water heater shut down because it’s thinking the water is too hot. He adjusted the temperature and reset the water heater and all is working fine. Saved me over half of the original estimate! I would absolutely call them again.

Their estimate was fair, they scheduled and started on time, notified us everyday of their anticipated arrival and what they would do on that day. They were courteous, informative, friendly and professional. They rerouted all our hot and cold lines through the attic and abandoned all the in slab copper, due to a slab leak. Cleaned up after themselves every day and took their trash away. They did a couple of little extra things for us and charged exactly what the original proposal was for and no more. AAA staff courteous. Contacted me each morning and evening to update me on when they could come. Many customers with burst pipes due to Canadian Artic Blast that affected most of US last week. AAA came yesterday to replace old water heater that went out on Christmas Day. Eric was friendly and professional and so were his helpers. I was quoted $99 for their special drain cleaning, however was charged $129. When I inquired on the difference, I was told they’d get back to me. Two weeks later when I hadn’t heard back, I asked again and was told $99 was for an accessible drain, but since the tech had to remove two screws for the shower drain it was $30 extra. $30 to remove two screws…. I would have gladly removed them myself. Bottom line don’t trust what you are quoted.
