Best Water Line Problems in Dallas TX

Don't recommend for large jobs. Started our gas leak fix then because of poor communication and scheduling couldn't come back for almost a full week to finish the job. Had to get someone else to come do it sooner and this plumber found their diagnosis of needing to replace the entire backyard line was in correct and saved us thousands. Unprofessional and poor quality work. They never owned up to this mistake- owner made excuses instead of being humble.

I scheduled an appointment for Friday and my tenant was not available. I called to reschedule for Saturday 8am - 12pm. I called around noon and spoke with someone from dispatch. They said you are next in line.I called back an hour later, and still no show. I called again at 5:38pm and I was told to reschedule because it was missed by your company.I rescheduled for Monday April 5, 2021 8am to 12pm, but my tenant has an appointment in the morning. I tried rescheduling when I found out and dispatch has yet to call me back.I'm not very happy since my tenant had her daughter miss work and sit all day to wait for Roto Rooter.

No, not yet!!!! This company was new to me and he was on TIME , Now that was very impressive, My plumber (Jonathan) was very pleasant and professional, he was also very informative, I liked the fact he didn't sugar coating anything,what needs to fix and what needs to be replace n repaired. That along is good to have a company n the person working inform you what's n to be done. Thank you

We have used Jar-Dab Plumbing since we first moved to The Colony in 1989. They were recommended by the morning coffee group that met every morning at a local restaurant. These were men who lived here and knew ALL the local service providers and how good they were. Jab-Dab has installed kitchen and bathroom faucets, disposals, toilets, and unplugged plenty of stopped up drains. They saved us plenty of money on hot water heaters, and given us advice that has saved us several times on various problems. We have always recommended this company, and will continue to do so.

I had a minor plumbing issue under my sink that the original installers wanted to argue about rather than repair. I called A1, Jeff rang me back immediately (at 8pm on a Friday!!) and described to me how I could fix it myself. His advice worked like a charm and he was happy to provide it free of charge. I added him to my contacts and will 100% for sure be using him on future projects. Great guy!!

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

The tech arrived on time. He was polite and was able to able to diagnose the problem quickly. My only suggestion is to assign a partner with the tech as I had to help him with some tasks such as dispose water, plug in the system etc. while I was working from home.Overall good experience though and would definitely recommend Saving Grace.
