On time and very professional. Also trust worthy. The technician thought my problem was a faulty gas valve. The next day when he returned to do the replacement he said he spoke to someone and researched and it seems that because of the heat wave we are getting in Texas the water heater shut down because it’s thinking the water is too hot. He adjusted the temperature and reset the water heater and all is working fine. Saved me over half of the original estimate! I would absolutely call them again.

This company made major repairs in 2014 to my home in Mesquite, TX before I bought it. The Warranty was good for 2 years. Two months after moving in, we discovered that the toilet riser pipe in the master bath had separated from the sewer pipe; so no proper flushing. I had the paperwork from this company and called them. Chris came out and found the problem immediately, called me back the next day and told me that the owner was going to stand behind his work and that the repairs would be done for free in spite of the expired Warranty. This is a good Company and an honest owner. Bathroom is fixed and my wife is happy!... So am I... you can't get much better! Thank you! Anthony Collins.

I called Pure Plumbing on the recommendation of my neighbor for a toilet leak repair. They came out the same morning I called and diagnosed that I needed new flange and wax ring which was installed. I did have some questions and talked to the Pure office that afternoon and was told a plumber would come by the next morning to go over the repair and discuss. I was satisfied with the repair and really impressed with their prompt appointments and Emery’s professionalism and patience with me. I will call them again for plumbing repairs.

Do you think it’s professional to put off repairs a week at a time for multiple weeks on end? Won’t be using again and will be advising neighbors not to use. This had happened on more than one service repair requested, as well.

I recently bought a house and needed some major sewer and plumbing repairs. Queen and her team were very professional and responsive. Donny, the lead for work was super communicative throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. The work done was excellent and they addressed a couple of small issues that were not related to the pipe work. Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me an appt right away, which I was very grateful for as I had an overflowing kitchen sink (and was just told by another plumber it could be a possible break in the line and they couldn’t service something like that). Jeff was personable and efficient, he was able to locate the issue and got it fixed. It was luckily just a clogged pipe. I highly recommend this company!

This was the most amazing service. My home warranty service left me high and wet. My hot water heater was leaking and I called and they got me 2 new hot water heaters the same day I called and installed. Everyone one else was telling me 2 to 4 days before they could help. The guys that came to my home were great and professional I will be calling again when I need plumbing service

Very rude. I was assigned this service by Home Warranty of America when I raised an emergency ticket for a leak on a Saturday. No response thru the weekend. I called and left a message on Monday morning. No response. Called them an hour 20 mins later and asked when they would come by - they said Wednesday! When I challenged their non-response and response time, why they hadn't called back, the guy said He wasn't going to sit and listen to me talk to him and b**** at him like that.Needless to say there are many other plumbers in town!

We enlisted them to do a complete restoration of our plumbing in a one story office building.$30K later, Installed wrong pipes. We have had sinks draining slowly, came in very reluctantly after stern e-mail saying we will report them to the plumbing examiner. Found out we have a broken pipe under the slab. Verbally agreed it was their responsibility and now refusing to fix it.

The first technician arrive on time, he explained thorouglhy what he was going to do and the cost. He was very polite and answered all my questions, I asked him for another service, he called another technician for the second service and the second technician arrived promptly. I am in commercial real estate and there is not another company I will use. I cannot tell you how many times I have had a plumber quote me something outrageous, only to have LGC come out behind them and tell me the problem is not that bad and save me thousands of dollars. Just a few weeks ago a plumber told me we had a slab leak at a retail center and it would cost $29,000. LGC came out and it turns out the problem will only cost about $4K to repair. You won't find anyone more honest than them.
