I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! I had a TERRIBLE back up on Memorial Day and called my home service warranty. Their technician came out on Thursday and could not unclog the drain. I called Mr. Rooter after they left and a service technician was out in 45 minutes!! Bryan was the technician and he was great!! He explained what he was going to do, provided an estimate, and was able to unclog the drain within the hour!! Thank you Bryan!! The dispatcher I had spoken to was also very friendly and helpful!! Will definitely call Mr. Rooter again for help with plumbing issues.

We had five different plumbers who all came to our house who either couldn’t fix our issue or quoted us ridiculous sums and gave no guarantees. We called Herndon McFarland on a Friday after 5pm and expected to leave a message but Lee answered and was incredible helpful. He made sure they were out to our house first thing Monday morning and fixed our issue within an hour. The total price was less than a quarter what the other companies quoted us and we’ve never been more impressed with a plumber before. We will only use Herndon McFarland moving forward!

Joseph said I had a drain pipe that needed repair in the front yard. The job was supposed to take 3 days. I paid half down, and the next day they dug a hole. It has since been a week of excuses, no shows, and unanswered calls/texts. I am left with a hole, a large section of grass that will be dead from the smothering, and now must find another plumber to complete the job. I'm out $1400 plus damages to my lawn.I have all the calls and texts to back my claims. BEWARE!

I was in desperate need of a new bathroom and called Peerless Plumbing Company-Dallas. They sent a technician out to my house the same day and he got everything installed with minimal fuss. It's been almost two months now and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work they did.

This company got me back in motion big time. They were professional, quick, punctual and even offer a 3 year warranty with their quote. Way cheaper than every other company I called and even some individuals through word of ml ouhh that I asked. A water line under my house broke not only did they fix it- they offered me a few different ways to go about it so I had options to choose from for the repair. They didn't overcharge my card either. Would recommend to anybody!

The staff at 3G Plumbing is so knowledgable and HONEST. They recently diagnosed the need for a major plumbing repair. During the repair, it was discovered that the expensive repair was not needed. They let us know.. Needless to say, we were thrilled. I highly recommend this company.
