These plumbers called in by Insurance Company to run water sewer test - then they broke the only remaining operable toilet (didn't say a word, or offer to repair their mistake). Had to tell Insurance Company to get then to repair and send $$ to fix. Herndon McFarland tried to down-play damage - if this is how they are with 'insurance', how are they hiring them for your needs?!! If I could give them MINUS 30 freezing marks I would. Horrible people - the plumber who came out to run the tests was rude, arrogant and yelled at the people doing work on site.

Lindsey was super helpful on the phone. Dan showed up on time and got us taken care of in about 15 minutes. Will use them again.

Christian came out inspected my plugs and he was very thorough. Explained everything in details which was very appreciate it. If I ever need someone to come out again, I will ask for Christian awesome job.

Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me an appt right away, which I was very grateful for as I had an overflowing kitchen sink (and was just told by another plumber it could be a possible break in the line and they couldn’t service something like that). Jeff was personable and efficient, he was able to locate the issue and got it fixed. It was luckily just a clogged pipe. I highly recommend this company!
