So easy I cold in the morning they came in the afternoon I'm in the afternoon and clean out Power 1000 gallon grease trap. The technicians were very knowledgeable and kinds they were done in under an hour and left my place and it's surroundings very clean. I ended up taking the 4 time a year contract with them because I don't want to deal with it and they deal with it so well thank you one source

They did a great job replacing old cast iron pipes in my house. Excellent communication, on time and left the place clean.

Very disappointed with the presentation of fees. We were told it would be a $55 service fee to evaluate the problem and $48 for every 15 minutes plus cost of materials to fix anything. The technician wasn’t even here for 10 minutes and didn’t even figure out what the the problem was. Just saying, we had two other companies come out and they were able to evaluate the problem and give us options. This Tech clearly didn’t care to do his job and charged us over $100 for a wrong evaluation. His name tag said John but he didn’t even introduce himself.

Had a storm take out my power line feeding the house. Called Milestone and they were “Johnny-on-the-spot!” An electrician came out and assessed the situation, had all the answers for my home owners insurance adjuster and got them to pay almost INSTANTLY! They upgraded my electric service, installed smoke and Co2 detectors, brought EVERYTHING up to code and were in and out inside of 8 hours. These guys are THEE BEST!!! Highly recommended! They will take care of you! And really do fix it in a flash!!!

I had a leak which i didn´t know where it was coming from, this guys walked me through finding out if it was a slab leak which it was, then they came out to locate it and gave me a bid to repair it which was the best one compared to the other companies i called, so i called them back to repair it, great job they did completing it that same day. We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.
