These plumbers called in by Insurance Company to run water sewer test - then they broke the only remaining operable toilet (didn't say a word, or offer to repair their mistake). Had to tell Insurance Company to get then to repair and send $$ to fix. Herndon McFarland tried to down-play damage - if this is how they are with 'insurance', how are they hiring them for your needs?!! If I could give them MINUS 30 freezing marks I would. Horrible people - the plumber who came out to run the tests was rude, arrogant and yelled at the people doing work on site.

The Milestone team is fantastic. There were some minor hiccups in the original work, but they gladly came back and took great care to make sure that the work was done right. One of the issues took some troubleshooting, but Brandon made sure that we had the issue resolved the right way. I would recommend Milestone to anybody and will gladly work with them again.

Cannot praise these guys enough- saved us from a nightmare! Bought an older home and thought it had no major issues, then wet spots started coming up all under the carpet! The pipes were so old they had eroded and the estimates we got from other plumbing companies were through the roof. When TSLR bid the lowest price, yet offered a 3 year warranty and offered a bunch of options.. we were scared it would be a ya get what you pay for mistake. Nope. Our techs showed up on time and charged us exactly what we originally agreed on. Now I know most plumbing companies are completw bs when they added all those necessary charges. Going w TSLR from now on. Keep up the good work!

Our HOA hired them to repair a plumbing issue. My wife was told it’s their ‘normal’ process to put the toilet in the tub. While standing with plumbers at newly installed tub no damage was noticed or mentioned by wife or plumbers.Later, I showed up and saw damage. Winstead refused to complete job or fairly compensate for the damage. They want to credit the bill to HOA for half the cost of the tub. I’ll never see a penny.
