The crew that came to our home were inexperienced with a surly attitude. Also left trash and splashed water all over the floor with no clean up. Tried to keep tacking on extra charges. Won't use again.

Called Atlas plumbing at 10 pm on a Friday to fix an issue caused be repair work from Lightfoot Mechanical. William called me back within 10 minutes and walked me through how to handle the problem for a cheaper price tonight and what to worry and not worry about. Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Just bought a new home in the area and it’s difficult to find contractors that don’t make you pay through the nose for mediocre work. William and Atlas plumbing have earned my future business by putting the customer before profits. Hard to find nowadays!

Just an fyi for everyone that this is a service that routes your call to random companies based on the zip code you enter. They will answer in the wee hours of the morning. I called to find out where my plumber was as I had heard nothing back 7 hours later and got a different company that they had none of my information from my call at 4am.

Pure Plumbing: Low Cost Plumbing Company. That’s what caught my eye on the Google results. Then, when checking out the website, I read ‘Faith Value Based’; I liked them even more. I called and I was served by a very kind man who told me to expect a call very soon. Then, Chase Bennight came into play. Punctual, formal, professional, but above all, honest. He came to fix one toilet; I gave him two and he took great care of me. I had quoted with another company back in May and they wanted to take advantage of me. Chase did two jobs for one third the price the other company was charging me to fix only one toilet. Pure Plumbing: Low Cost, Faith Value Based Plumbing Company. Chase Bennight: he is your man. We had a toiler backup at the office and tried everything we could do to fix it. Wouldn't work! Beau and his team showed up and got our toilets unclogged. They were very professional and offered a great value for the money. Will definitely refer them to anyone needing plumbing services.
