Warning: Extremely high prices.I had them quote replacing the main shutoff valve for the house and adding a PRV to reduce the pressure. Their quote was $1,500. I have a good idea of the work involved to complete this project, and this felt very high to me.I have since found another plumber to do the job for $500.Since they did no work for me, I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I'd strongly recommend you get other quotes before having them do any work, because they don't mind taking you to the cleaners.

Norris was prompt and professional, he entertained us with conversation while he repaired the plugged up drain line. He was very knowledgeable and shared information about our system with us so we could better understand the situation. He was a joy to have come out and work here and his abilities were standards for doing a great job are second to none! I hate to say it but we will be looking forward to the next time something goes wrong with out plumbing just to have the chance to be provided with such good service again as its to often these days you don't get good service for the money you pay and i was very pleased to pay this and get the fantastic service we just received. Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I called another plumbing company for a leak underneath my kitchen sink because I had the same or similar problem in November 2021 and thought that the work was still under warranty with that company. When the plumber arrived from the other company and after fixing the problem, I asked him what the issue was and what could be done in the future to prevent this. He stated that I needed to get a new garbage disposal. I told him that I just had a new garbage disposal installed by another plumbing company (One Source). He then informed me that the disposal was not connected properly and said that the pipe was not placed far enough up. Had I known that the problem was related to the installation of the garage disposal by One Source, I would have called One Source to rectify the problem, but I didn't know until after the repair was made. When I contacted One Source about reimbursement, including providing the receipt of the work done by the other company, they refused to reimburse me stating that their work was under warranty and that I should've contacted them instead. However, as I explained to them, I did not know the leaking water was related to the improper installation of the garbage disposal by their company.

Dan came out to my home and was able to diagnose the problem that I had. His Customer Service was phenominal. He is very knowledgeable about was he does. Dan is a complete asset to this company. Lee at Lefever's has been our trusted plumber for close to 15 years at two homes. Over the years, he has fixed a variety of plumbing issues for us both big and small from clogged drains to installing water heaters. We recently called about a leaky water pipe in the attic and Lee put us at ease and quickly and adeptly diagnosed and resolved the problem over the weekend. Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me an appt right away, which I was very grateful for as I had an overflowing kitchen sink (and was just told by another plumber it could be a possible break in the line and they couldn’t service something like that). Jeff was personable and efficient, he was able to locate the issue and got it fixed. It was luckily just a clogged pipe. I highly recommend this company!

Idk why, but choosing plumbing experts scares me. I don’t feel the “Human” part of doing business with plumbing companies. 3G wasn’t like that though. I felt like I was talking to real people. I’ll call em’ again one day.

Kevin really helped us out when other plumbers wanted to charge us significantly more to fix an issue with our tub. He picked up a toilet for my father in law to install the same day. I hope I don’t have plumbing issues anytime soon but if I do, then I’ll definitely give them a call.

We did some excavation for them and they didn’t pay what our invoices said. They called our workers liars all so they won’t pay. The owner from one of the properties we did were really upset with their service. I called the owner from that property and he stated they payed what we had said in the invoice seperate from their services. Now I understand why their ratings are so bad because they are some big scammers!

I am a property manager and these folks are very difficult to schedule with and the woman there was rude to both myself and my Tenant. We needed a gas leak repair and they quoted us a repair reschedule over a week later after they missed their own appointment.
