We called Reeves to install 2 toilets. They were on time to do the install and only charged the estimated amount even though it took longer than planned. We will definitely use them again.

Jonathan was very professional. He was also beyond patient in explaining the work along the way. Replacing a gas line to your house is not a fun, inexpensive repair, but dealing with Jonathan made it much easier. Can't say enough about the professionalism!

We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. We had a major plumbing repair to be done. Jeff took the time to thoroughly check all of our plumbing before we even hired him for the job and was able to give us a detailed diagnosis. Compared to the 15-20 minutes other plumbers spent on diagnosis, Jeff spending a full day diagnosing our issue(s) was a great indicator of the attention to detail he has throughout his work. Jeff and Chang ended up spending nearly every day on our job for over six weeks. They kept us informed through every step in the process, took the time to show us exactly what they were doing, were very friendly and reasonably priced. Jeff is a perfectionist, which is a rare quality when it comes to plumbing work -- more specifically with the scale of our job. We discovered this when Jeff showed us how poorly and quickly the plumbing was done initially. They ended up having to replace almost every line from our house to the main sewer, and quality was at the forefront of Jeff's mind every day. Jeff was also very transparent with us about any issues he was facing during the work, which was appreciated. Once the job was complete, Jeff and Chang made our yard look even better than it was when they started. They packed in the dirt, raked it out to make everything uniform, cleaned off our sidewalk and house, buried the old, ugly clean outs, made the new clean outs align neatly with the ground and even fixed our ugly water hose pipe without us having to ask. Whether you have a small or large issue, you can trust that Jeff really takes pride in his work and wants to do things right the first time instead of doing things good enough to finish the job.

A-Stars team was very friendly and helpful when they came to check my mini-split a/c unit. They helped brainstorm and troubleshoot the leak my system had and helped me figure out where it was. Also their phone team was kind and concise when I called to make the appointment. Definitely would recommend!

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
