Best Service Call in Dallas TX

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

From today, I will always call this plumber when I need assistance regarding plumbing requirements. The quality of his service was fabulous and I was very happy with the results.

Mario is a great plumber. He arrived on time and did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. Highly recommend.

Horrible company. Doesn’t warranty work done. Also doesn’t fix the problem. My wife and I paid for them to come unclog our hall bathroom. They changed the price from $99 to $144 even though the ad says “know what you pay upfront” technician left and toilet is still clogged. I come home call them and come to find out no warranty on the work.... so pay me more to do something else that may or may not fix the problem

quality of work is good. but back office business practices are questionable. also, they seem to be quoting for partial work. and when you realize that the full work is not completed, they may ask you for more money. Questionable ethics...

I had a minor plumbing issue under my sink that the original installers wanted to argue about rather than repair. I called A1, Jeff rang me back immediately (at 8pm on a Friday!!) and described to me how I could fix it myself. His advice worked like a charm and he was happy to provide it free of charge. I added him to my contacts and will 100% for sure be using him on future projects. Great guy!!

Disappointing at best.A Star improperly diagnosed a slab leak the day before Thanksgiving and turned my water off, quoting me $5,700 to $8,000 to tunnel under the home to see what’s going on. Family had to stay in a hotel over holiday weekend and another reputable plumbing company found the leak Monday morning in the front yard and fixed it the next day. While A Star is willing to refund a portion of their leak detection fee, they are unwilling to reimburse any displacement costs, despite their conviction in slab leak and refusal to turn my water back on.

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.

Tech Robert came out promptly. Explained repair work and cost. Was very courteous and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

The plumbers came immediately and completed our shower installation efficiently and effectively. The office personnel was also quite accommodating.

Have a 3 1/2 year old system which is under warranty, which decided to stop cooling the Friday before Memorial day weekend. I bit the bullet and called them out Friday night, and paid the after hours fee. I was told that a TXV, which I guess acts like a filter for the Freon needed replacing, which I was told may not be able to be done until the following Thursday. The Tuesday after Memorial day, I called, and they squeezed me in that afternoon. That fix didn't work, but was not able to tell it wasn't working until Friday-Saturday, called again Monday, and again they had a technician out that afternoon, informed me that I needed a new compressor, which depending if it was in stock, they might be able to do the repair that week, or it might take up to 1-2 weeks it they needed to order the part. The part was in stock, and they were out this past Tuesday, and the system is working fine now. Air Force One was great in fitting me in during a busy time for them, just when it is starting to get hot, and everyone wants their air conditioning systems working NOW. I was initially frustrated that this new system wasn't working, but they were gracious with me, and still treated me nicely, although I probably didn't deserve that after some of the snarky remarks I wrote. Josh, one of their dispatchers was great in fitting me in to their busy schedule, and Javier and Collin, the technicians were fantastic. I would highly recommend Air Force One. Thanks for getting us cooled off.

My toilet was backing up because of a clogged line. Called them up late afternoon and received an appointment the next morning. Scott arrived promptly at the set time, unlike most companies that give a 4hr window. In less than an hour my plumbing was good as new. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and the cost was very reasonable for work completed. Will definitely use again in the future.
