Best Repair Leaking Faucets in Dallas TX

Water overflowing onto the hardwood floors from a toilet wasn't the call I wanted to receive at work from my housekeeper. A work assistant did a google search to find this company with a high star rating. They arrived within 2 hours, assessed the issue with state of art equipment and proposed a bid that a trusted plumber friend who lives outside the area agreed was reasonable.

Emilio was a great tech and worked well to fix the problem. Would recommend.

Slate Plumbing is 5 star all the way! Our technician Daniel Horne, took extra time to educate us on the sewer cleanouts and how we could inspect them ourselves and open them quickly if a back-up occurred (better to have a back-up happen outside the house than into your tub or toilets!) He also went under the crawl space to inspect, and even told us that our pipes (cast iron) can be very fragile over time and if other plumbers were going to clean them out, to make sure to tell them to inspect the pipes before and after they were cleaned out to ensure they didnt damage the pipe further. Their prices seem reasonable and the service and education portion were particularly helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat if we have further plumbing issues.

I really wish I could give zero stars. I’m sincerely disappointed in the level of dishonesty that occurred. Beware when working with this company and your home owners insurance company. They were contacted by the insurance company to come and inspect a plumbing issue. During the inspection the plumber made my husband and I aware of sitting water he uncovered around our shower and excluded that from the report he provided to the insurance company. In addition, he told my husband and I the seals in our shower were good and only leaked because he was spraying water directly on the shower door. However in his report submitted to the insurance company he stated the leak was due to bad seals but he could not confirm where the leak came from and we needed another company to go in the wall, which is what we did. Our claim was denied due to his report. The plumber advised us to call him once the leak was found to inspect, we called and of course he wasn’t available and never returned our call. We finally had to reach out to the insurance company to contact them and of course no one could arrive until two days later. We appealed the denial and this plumbing service wrote another report stating that could not determine the source as someone had already entered the wall, which was the recommendation provided on the first wrote they submitted. I say this all to say beware of using this company when working through your home owners insurance.

Great job. Alessandro Alba and his assistant came to service my three AC units. On time, very professional and additionally repaired previous poor quality of sealing my ductwork. No charge for their efforts. I am a happy customer of Milestone!!

Roto-rooter got someone out the day after I set up an online appt and he showed up at the early end of the appt time frame which is always nice. I had a backed up kitchen sink and a toilet that needed fixed and Peter got them up and running in less than an hour while also explaining how to avoid additional issues with the sink. Was quick and professional and cost comparable with what I’ve paid other companies.
