Super nice guy. But he charged $300 for a 6 min job. I called in a non-emergency situation. We had a slow draining kitchen sink. I explained that I had a 15’ manual snake which temporarily solved the issue, but it either wasn’t long enough or wasn’t big enough in diameter to completely fix the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following business day during normal business hours. They said the service call was $75, but that was waived if they did the job. When the plumber arrived he quoted us $330 “because it was a very difficult job with very difficult equipment.” My wife vetoed me because she wanted it fixed now. He used an electric Rigid snake which you can rent at any equipment rental store for $50/day, and it literally took him 6 minutes from the time he opened the extremely accessible clean-out until he had his snake rolled back up and was asking for a check.As I said, super nice guy, but that should have been a $75 job.

Paid $125 for a toilet to be unclogged, the toilet was clogged again the next day. I called to let them know and all I heard was “alrighty”...they made no effort to fix the issue. Had the nerve to ask me for more of my business. No empathy or concern for the money I just spent with them

I called Mai Plumbing about an issue and was extremely impressed at their customer service. They aren’t able to get to my place for a couple of days but in the meantime, the gentleman offered to walk me through steps to mitigate my leak until they can get here. Superb customer service already and they haven’t even been to my place yet. I would recommend them already

Workman Plumbing was wonderful to work with! Each employee is genuine and makes me feel valued and appreciated, especially when explaining the repairs and process to me. They are very clearly interested in providing high work quality and have high attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend their services to any friend or colleague.

Mr. Foro and his Partner did an awesome job of fixing my gas pipe leak. They were professional and answered all my questions. The Receptionist was very helpful too ! Thank you Atlas !

This Gentleman went over and beyond to make sure that we understood exactly were the gas leak was and wasn’t. Andre didn’t mind me asking several questions because everyone seems to be in a hurry these days or they just simply don’t know. He understood how important it was for me to make sure that my Mother would be Totally safe because we had never dealt with a gas leak before which we all know that if it’s untamed can be lethal. Ryan did a great job today and was extremely personable. He made sure to research all possible scenarios of what might be going on. I can’t remember the name of the technician who originally did the work a week or so ago but he was extremely nice as well. Just want to say thank you to all of you for jumping in and getting the work done so quickly. As you know it’s incredibly hot and my kiddos and I appreciate having the cool air!

I had a leak underneath my foundation I had water every were in my kitchen I am a single mother so I had no Clou what to do so I called a lot of pluming companies no buddy could help as good as texas slab leak repair they could answer my question directly over the phone and in less then an hour I had the plumer in my house repairing everything thank you so much you did a great job I am glad I called you guys !!!

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.
