Our kitchen sink was profoundly clogged, as I could not clear it with plumber's snake or water jet. The technician brought a bigger, better snake, and got things cleared out.He checked our not-at-all-new pipes and found them to be in good shape. It was a relief that he was not looking for expensive additional work.He also gave us a bio-cleaner at no charge with detailed instructions on how to get the drain cleaner still.Thank you!

Despite the emergency appointment Queen and her team were professional and determined in tracking down the problem and clearing our pipes down through to main. They worked around the constraints of our home, and still charged a fair price. I will definitely be returning.

CPR plumbing took care of my issue at the beginning of this winter storm. It was a slab leak. They had the work completed sooner than expected thank God. Even better it was less than the original quote. I would recommend this plumbing service based on honesty and professionalism.CPR will be my go to plumbers from now on.

I was quoted $99 for their special drain cleaning, however was charged $129. When I inquired on the difference, I was told they’d get back to me. Two weeks later when I hadn’t heard back, I asked again and was told $99 was for an accessible drain, but since the tech had to remove two screws for the shower drain it was $30 extra. $30 to remove two screws…. I would have gladly removed them myself. Bottom line don’t trust what you are quoted.

Absolutely terrible service. How do these people expect any business if they cannot keep their word. I placed an appointment, waited the whole morning/afternoon and the guy never gives me a call back. I had to call back to just to find out that they could not meet their appointment expectation after being told that a guy supposedly came to my door. Why not call the customer if you value their business?
