I couldn’t be more grateful to Public Service Plumbers. Timely, professional, efficient. I spoke with the owner directly and he got our broken pipes fixed after the winter storm we had here in Dallas. Forever grateful to them.I wish there was a way to give them more than five stars.

Great service at fair price. Have used them since I moved here in 2011. Always dependable and responsive.

Just moved to the area and he was the local plumber , I asked him to moved a water line for me, didn't say how much, just came in did the work.I then asked him back over about 8-9 months after that to bid on new work, he looked over it and said he would send an estimate. Don still hasn't sent the estimate, but did send the invoice for the work done 9 months ago! For $300 not itemized , seems like a lot to me and couldn't even both to send a bid for the other work I asked him to do. I've had the bill for 30-45 days after receiving invoice and we hadn't gotten around to sending it and while we were out Don comes over demanding payment from my mom-in-law or he would take us to court. I'm sure his plumbing work is good, but get the price up front! I really don't care for how Don runs his business and quite rude.

They were very courteous and professional. They had knowledge of the city code saving me time and money as opposed to the previous plumbers. Grade A work!

James was at my door at the beginning of the time window I had been given. He quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with a water leak of unknown origin. It turned out to be on the City side of the meter; their problem. I had James repair a toilet which had a reservoir tank that was about to fail, while he was here. That relieves me of another pending disaster! Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism. Next time I will know who to call when I have a plumbing problem.
