Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. I never list reviews like this but I felt it important to let people know what they may be getting with this business. We called home pro for minor repairs (hanging curtains, reattached drawer handles) They sent someone out and the person arrived when I was home at 11:30am (proof on my ring). While I was away my nanny wrote a check after the worker finished for the final cost she was told, which was $550. But shortly after I arrived back home I found that 3 of 6 things I asked for them to do were not done at all. They also replaced handles I specifically asked not to be replaced, and one of the drawer handles they did replace had already fallen off.After finding this, I called to ask why such simple repairs were charged at that rate of $550 and to let them know things were already broken and that they had replaced things I asked them to leave alone. I was told that the worker arrived at 9am (false) and we were charged for that time. I was advised to speak with Chris. After leaving messages I got a hold of Chris 1 week later.I asked for a partial refund because the worker was in fact, not at my home at 9am, things were not done that we had asked, and some of what was done, we had not asked them to do. I was calm in laying out what happened to Chris because I was hoping for a simple solution but was EXTREMELY surprised at how combative Christ was. He was interruptive, loud, agitated and refused to acknowledge that his worker did not arrive at the time they claimed to have arrived. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence after I explained the problem and was very abrasive and argumentative. He offered to finish the job, but I was so disrespected and offended during the call I declined to continue doing business.I'm unsure if Chris is the owner, but as a business owner myself, this owner was unprofessional, surprisingly argumentative and unwilling to listen to the customer. I felt degraded as a woman and after reading a few other reviews, I wish I had not done business with this company at all because this seams to be a recurring experience.

I called to have them to investigate a water leak under the camp. I didn't hear from them the day of, which I expected to based on the conversation I had with them, so I called the next morning. I was told that there was a leak but they couldn't see it and they had bigger fish to fry than to try to repair the water leak under the camp. They said the clearance under the camp was too small to get in and when questioned, stated that they didn't even really look because their opinion was that the camp had to be jacked up to get to it. He eventually said it was a safety issue, which if that's true, I can understand, but it wasn't what they started with. So I guess if you're plumbing problem isn't big enough, don't expect any help from this company.
