Best New Construction Plumbing Installation in Dallas TX

They installed a new Rheem about 2 years ago to the tune of 2000.00. The water heater won’t stay lit. The Public Service Plumbing guy said it would cost 238.00 for diagnostics. He told me he expects its the controller, since they had received several Rheems with defective controllers. After talking to their tech guy he told me he would have to order a new controller and it would cost 600.00 to install it. A new Rheem like that one, is 769.00 from Home Depot. I’ll never use Public Service Plumbing again.

They installed an expesive unit. But They haven't kept up the customer service since then. I found out after I got the unit installed that I should've had my ducts done. They didn't tell me until after the install and it wasn't cooling my whole house. Ok, the supervisor came out, said they would do my ducts. I'm still waiting. I will change this if they every make it right.Edit: they did come out and make it right. They were willing to do whatever it took for me to be happy. That's rare. Mistakes happen often but will a company take responsibility for it? This one did.

James was at my door at the beginning of the time window I had been given. He quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with a water leak of unknown origin. It turned out to be on the City side of the meter; their problem. I had James repair a toilet which had a reservoir tank that was about to fail, while he was here. That relieves me of another pending disaster! Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism. Next time I will know who to call when I have a plumbing problem.

I called in the morning and Jerry was there that afternoon. He went straight to the problem and corrected it right away. Very polite and very professional!

Texas Plumbing Solutions did a fantastic job replacing my tankless water heater. Very professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
