Reliable straight forward and honest HVAC companies are not as common as you might think. Craig listened to my requirements and was obviously very well experienced in the business of HVAC repairs and maintenance. He serviced my heating system which is more than 15 years old. No hard sell for a new system or unnecessary repairs. Great service, when the time comes for a complete new install I will be asking this company for an estimate.

I used Jar-Dab over the years (at least 4 occurrences) since owning my first home. Over time, I've come to encounter a few DIY-weekend warrior attempts in the plumbing department where I wouldn't say there was a win. Working with Justin has been an absolute pleasure. He's very responsive to my communications, timely, and forthcoming about changes and circumstances within and outside his control. I don't feel like I'm working with a contractor but a colleague and acquaintance I can trust. I can tell he's passionate about the job, my concerns, the quality of the work and the reputation of the company he represents. He may be employee of Jar-Dab but he executes like an owner.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. I was really happy with Gabe and his team. They went over and beyond to help us out. Kevin was very helpful too. He worked with us at every level. I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

Jon and AB did a great job with the dryer vent/hookup project at our home. It wound up being more complex than we thought, but they were very friendly and professional throughout the process.

I called to have them to investigate a water leak under the camp. I didn't hear from them the day of, which I expected to based on the conversation I had with them, so I called the next morning. I was told that there was a leak but they couldn't see it and they had bigger fish to fry than to try to repair the water leak under the camp. They said the clearance under the camp was too small to get in and when questioned, stated that they didn't even really look because their opinion was that the camp had to be jacked up to get to it. He eventually said it was a safety issue, which if that's true, I can understand, but it wasn't what they started with. So I guess if you're plumbing problem isn't big enough, don't expect any help from this company.
