Best New Air Conditioning System in Dallas TX

This is the third time that I have had Cody & Sons out to my house for plumbing or AC works. All the techs are professional, communicative, and quick. They make you feel like they are trying to help you and not upsell you on unnecessary things. Giovanni has been my tech twice for AC needs and he is hard-working, friendly, and very customer-service oriented. Could not recommend Giovanni and Cody & Sons enough.

I appreciated the care and compassion from my first call in to Metro to my service call just now! Kevin M. was polite and informed. I appreciated the education for addressing slab leak but also how to prevent it in the future!

I'm actually scheduled with them for Monday to install some new gas lamps and to change our full house water filters. This morning, the kitchen sink started leaking so I called them for emergency service today. I was told that they couldn't help me. Even though they say they can schedule emergency repairs, the receptionist told me she had no availability today, which is Friday.

The crew showed up early, were very professional, prepared and courteous. It was a difficult job but they were efficient and tidy. We appreciate the great service.

It was a breaker box and was reset. Be talked with me on a new breaker box. He was very professional and explained about the service they provided. If this is how all your employees are I will use your company. This was a great experience. Thank you!

Just as for a simple 6month maintenance but he broke my light in struck without letting me know. Said everything was working fine but the unit was turned off and not working for three weeks while I went on vacation. Same person came back after I called about the current condition and said he was in such a hurry that he didn’t think to let me know about the light fixture he broke and didn’t have time to turn everything back on. Let me lower that 2.

Showed up on time and found problem, thank God for warranties.

I wish they would have come with masks and booties. But they put them on when suggested and gave wonderful service quality

I've had trouble with one of my units for awhile. All the quotes I received from other companies were either $1K or replace my whole unit. Air Force One was able to repair it for 1/4 of that price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Poor service, poor quality, poor workmanship,no leadership, no accountability doesn’t have a clue what they are doing and always has an excuse of why it’s not done correctly. This is supposed to be a professional company with in-house repair personnel and everyone performing the work are sub-contractors. Sub-Par work with no quality or skills. Run do not hire them.
