Herndon McFarland was recommended to us via our insurance company. They completely replaced our entire sewage system under our slab foundation. They made quick work of the laborious project, took a lot of time to walk us through the process and options as more things popped up through the project, worked well with our insurance company, completed the work skillfully with neat cleanup after, were polite and always took their shoes off when they came into our house to keep it clean. I had problem with the compressor as reported by Jeremy, the technician who was sent to assess the problem. He advised us to replace the whole unit and also gave us the option to have the compressor supported. By installing the capacitor, which another company didn't want to do, Jeremy temporarily fixed the problem. He also gave us recommendation to call them when we decide to change the whole unit. We found it above our budget and we finally found a solution from a private person.Thank You Jeremy

Saving Grace is true to their name.. I was installing a new kitchen sink on a Friday late evening, and I totally bite off more then I could chew. I ended up causing a leak. I called Saving Grace and they had a technician out with in the hour (remember this was late on a Friday night). Not only was this technician professional, but he was also very understanding and truly cared about my problem. He had fixed the problem and finished my kitchen sink install in less then a hour! He knew I was interested in learning, so he thoroughly explained everything as he went. Thank you again for your service!

Juan the plumber was excellent - knowledgeable, thorough and customer oriented. However NTX should have recomended to replace the gas line from the beginning after seeing the age and general status of the pipe. We understand this would scare many homeowners but would have giving us the option to have a costly new line versus having a costly repaired rusted old pipe.

Pearson Plumbing was dishonest, didn’t do what they were supposed to do on their first service call to my home and gave me a ridiculous quote that was 4 times as much as the other 3 quotes I received. I don’t recommend them to anyone for anything.
