Juan was at my home within an hour of inquiring with Tribeca about repairing a leak. Tribeca charges a premium price for a premium service. If I'm ever in a bind again I would trust Juan and Tribeca to deliver a solution.

Reeves Family Plumbing saved my father’s life.The problems started with the big freeze Texas had back in February, which busted multiple pipes in every house in Texas. My Dad had been calling contractors, but they were all too busy to come out, even 9 months later. So, being a member of the Greatest Generation, which knew how to live without, he just did. He tried to fix some things himself, and in the middle of that, being 98 and living alone, and by now very sick as well, due to a months-long lack of sanitation and running water, he collapsed in a full state of sepsis shock, bacteria everywhere in his body. True to form, he never complained to any of us throughout the months of plumbing issues. We knew there was a toilet or two that wasn’t functioning properly but had no idea of the extent of the damage. When my Dad didn’t answer my weekly call, we sent my niece (miraculously in town for a high school reunion) over to investigate. She found him too weak to move and rushed him to the ER.I flew down and saw…omg….a house that had no running water, 6'x4' holes in the ceiling, multiple busted toilets, sewage draining from the second floor to the first, no way to wash clothes because the washing machine was instead generating impressive dirty water geysers, urine “surprises” left in open containers (makes sense, there was no running water after all), mountains of soiled clothes on my Dad's bedroom floor. It was just as gross and hard as it sounds.Enter Reeves Family Plumbing. They responded with two full-time plumbers within a day, Juan and Rodney. My memory of them attaches capes and tights and superhero emblems to them both. Despite the really awful stench and trash everywhere (which I spent a week cleaning and scrubbing to get rid of), they waded in and fixed…everything. They had to slice open and cart away large sections of cast iron pipe (old house), crawl under the house and into the ceiling to replace busted sections with new PVC, get water running to every toilet, replace 3 sink fixtures and 1 toilet fully, plus repair multiple more. The washing machine alone took two trips, as it had both a problem with the trap and then a problem with a piece of metal stuck in an effluent pipe beneath the house. It was a week of work for 2 people, cost me $3500, but changed everything. That house, even when I was growing up in it, never functioned as fully as it did when they left. It was beautiful enough to make me want to cry. More importantly, the house was finally in good enough shape where we could convince the Social Services people (who had been alerted by the EMT’s) that my Dad could live there and not be carted off to a nursing home. This was important to us, as ever since we were little, my Dad said he’d rather die than end up in an old folks’ home. He just came home yesterday. That’s right. His own home, his forever home, thanks to Reeves Family Plumbing.

It is so nice to have a plumber you can trust. Isn’t it? These guys are the best ever! They have free estimates and their technicians are professional and honest. I'll be using this plumber for all my plumbing issues from now on.

This company advertised in Best Pick Reports, so I called them. First time, on a Saturday, the person answering the phone promised I would get a call back during the week. Didn't happen. Second time, I reached service and was told next appt was over 10 days out. They charge $55 for service call and $48 every 15 minutes. If a helper is required, that's an addl $37 every 15 minutes. Didn't ask me about what I needed. It sounded like the person taking the calls was tired of answering the phone. Maybe they are wonderful plumbers, but I didn't get the feeling they need new customers. I hired another company.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!

Walker AC is a dishonest company and I do not recommend working with them because they will take your money for no reason. J. Marcus told us that we would at least need to replace our compressor ($5,000) but that he recommended that we replace our entire AC because these parts going out cause a domino affect and the whole system would likely start having issues. He told us this would cost upwards of $10,000 and then charged us $85 for the service call. Thank God we got a second opinion. Alex with Dallas Plumbing Company came to our house and quickly identified that the issue was the inverter board AND that our system is under warranty. He ordered the part we needed, fixed our AC, and only charged us labor. I have a 5 month old baby at home and of course we were concerned about not having AC in the Texas heat. I just didn’t expect people to try to take advantage of us like that. That was not professional and now Walker AC will not return my calls or discuss the issue with me.

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

If there was a way to give them ten stars I would! Toni is the best customer service rep I have spoken with in years. The two techs who fixed my water pipe were knowledgeable, and saw issues I never could have. Roberto and his apprentice worked so hard I actually felt like they were being abused. I have not seen or experienced this level of talent, devotion & well... commitment by any other google - plumbing group for 75150 area. Thank you Flow!

I've had multiple great experiences with Peerless Plumbing Company and today was no different. We suspected a water leak, so we had the water turned off before heading out of town for the weekend. We returned home late last night and early the next day Bill from Peerless Plumbing Dallas TX showed up at the door. He was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked into all of the possible sources of the leak, thoroughly explained it to us, and determined that the leak was likely in our irrigation system. Although the problem couldn't be resolved, he gave us with plenty of information so that we now know who to call. Peerless Plumbing Dallas TX is always dependable, trustworthy and considerate. And the receptionists do an excellent job throughout the entire process. We are appreciative of Nathaniel’s help.

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

Jared was great! He explained everything and then just went to work. Everything was done right. Also, they were punctual. Their prices are very competitive. I’m very happy with my experience and I will call Sewell plumbing if and when I need a plumber.

We were working with a tile repairman and needed some plumbing work done on our 50+ year old pipes. The job required 2 trips and in both cases, the technicians were prompt, professional, and very clear communicators. I will be using them again, if we need another plumber.
