Had a backed up sink, called them, they said they could come the next day. Got a call later the same day and they said they could fit me in, so that was nice, one less day of a backed up sink. Painless process, ran the snake through the piping. Still not sure why such a process costs 150 dollars, but it is what it is (and yes I understand the price breakdown, but still, it's opening a pipe and plugging in the snake).

The service operator is the RUDIST person I have ever had to call to handle AC issues in my house. Constantly was cut off from what I was saying and asking questions about. Sighing heavily like I was an inconvenience to her for trying to schedule repairs. Completely disrespectful for someone that is supposed to be “professional”.

We had a “water hammering” issue in our pipes and they sent their plumber, Joseph, to come out and diagnose the problem. He was on time and followed all co-vid protocols, even though those mandates were lifted. Joseph was very thorough and meticulous to try to figure out the issue. His recommendation was detailed and communicated clearly on his procedure and process to determine the recommendation. We were very happy with his professionalism and candor about the issue and resolution. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially Joseph.

Matt, came out to my house, and looked at my AC and made really great recommendations as to how to solve the problem.The question was if it was worth trying to repair the old AC or investing in a new unit. We spoke about the importance of being responsible stewards and not throwing stuff out that could be repaired. He explained how his company recycles and reuses good condition parts to minimize the impact on the environment. We decided to buy a new unit and he helped us get a bank to finance the AC.I highly recommend Barbosa Plumbing & Air, they are experts that want to find the best solution to your problem and will work with you to make it work. My only problem with Frymire is they are always trying to up sale you! AC is only maybe 10% of the many functions of a home. It’s just a part of the home along with Windows, foundation, electrical, plus all the cosmetic updates! What is code today may not of been code when the house was built. If it’s not broke you don’t need to spend thousands just meet today’s requirements.I will say, even though we have a different tech each time they are professional, friendly, responsive and almost always on time.

I called to have them to investigate a water leak under the camp. I didn't hear from them the day of, which I expected to based on the conversation I had with them, so I called the next morning. I was told that there was a leak but they couldn't see it and they had bigger fish to fry than to try to repair the water leak under the camp. They said the clearance under the camp was too small to get in and when questioned, stated that they didn't even really look because their opinion was that the camp had to be jacked up to get to it. He eventually said it was a safety issue, which if that's true, I can understand, but it wasn't what they started with. So I guess if you're plumbing problem isn't big enough, don't expect any help from this company.
