We have used Slate twice for replacing our 20 year old water heaters. They were very quick and everything was made very easy. They fixed our shower faucet as well since it was not giving us hot water since a previous company installed it.

Called, got appointment, next day showed upon a rainy and chilly day and evaluated the job on outdoor buried waterline to house; gave an estimate; next day got job done in a timely manner. Can't ask for more. Would recommend ?

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.

The nature of the service call was to correct an issue from a prior visit. Darrin arrived on time and was able to correct the issue in a satisfactory manner. He was very professional and accommodating to my mother-in-law who is in her late 80s. Thank you Darrin and ARS for doing a great job and standing behind your work.

Brad and Joseph did our spring A/C tuneup today. They were timely, courteous and very competent. I’ve used Levy and Son/Service Experts and their predecessor since 1980 and recommend their professional services to all. Brad has been our primary service tech since 2017 and is a highly qualified expert. I look forward to seeing him again.
