Ripoff and unprofessional, unorganized. Tried to show up at the wrong time even though they confirmed the new time window. Charged OVER 2X the price just to cut and cap and pipe and add dishwasher line. When asked for itemized and why so much they had no response or give. I gave specific instructions on my condo having a 2 hour window for the water shutoff to get the work done. After they arrived they left for lunch, causing the job to take 30 minutes longer and push the water shutoff 30 minutes after the limit. DO NOT USE! Rude

Tech attempted enter without covering for shoes and had to request that he do so. Also, not following Covid protocols by not wearing a mask or asking permission to go without. Okay otherwise.

We had Milestone out to help with an electrical issue with our fireplace. Shan Bullard came out and troubleshot the issue even though it turned out to be a fireplace issue (not electrical). He was great to work with and stuck with the problem until he got it working. Great work Shan!

Our family has used Walker for several years. Their service technician came out today and thoroughly checked out our HVAC. He explained to us in detail the condition and how our unit was performing. We thought there may be the possibility that the unit may need to be replaced. But it appears at this time we may get a few more years out of it. We appreciate Walker‘s honesty.

My only problem with Frymire is they are always trying to up sale you! AC is only maybe 10% of the many functions of a home. It’s just a part of the home along with Windows, foundation, electrical, plus all the cosmetic updates! What is code today may not of been code when the house was built. If it’s not broke you don’t need to spend thousands just meet today’s requirements.I will say, even though we have a different tech each time they are professional, friendly, responsive and almost always on time.
