I called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC due to their great reviews for repairing water heaters. I was certain I had found what I had been looking for. I wanted someone to troubleshoot and repair the water heater and not just replace it. They did an amazing job and gave us some tips on maintenance.

Emergency AC repair on weekend. We appreciated the friendly, professional, knowledgeable service and advice about optimizing our system for the future.

Repair work was fair but cost was off the charts. Job was uncomplicated but plumber misdiagnosed the required task and so it took longer than he estimated to fix. The part was $45, total cost was $395!! It took less than TWO hours so the labor cost was $350! That's more than $175 per hour!! And he still left work for me to finish and he kept the old part, which can be easily fixed and resold!! Bring lots of money if you call these people. This guys charge fees like a doctor.

Third time I was using their service. My bathroom sink accidentally broke down, which caused a leak in the wall, and it started going everywhere. I called, and they picked up in 10 minutes. Daniel came and had all repairs done within 2 hours! He went above and beyond to fix the leak and restore water to my house. He was so hardworking and efficient! It surprised me how fast and smoothly he had done his work. He made sure there were no damp spots anywhere. As always they charged reasonably. Tech arrived not only on time but early. I explained my problem. The Tech checked it out and explained why a part needed to be replaced and showed me the the replacement part. He also went so far as adding an additional part to improve the replacement at no extra charge.I've used Staggs Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Reuben and team did an amazing job on our plumbing project relocating sink and running lines under a slab. He was friendly, honest, and ensured we were completely comfortable with the process and expectations prior to beginning work. This dude knows his stuff and even came in clutch to do a last minute scope revision mid-project. Without a doubt, I'm keeping his number and calling him for any future projects.

The plumber tried to give a lot of negative possibilities just to replace a toilet. I knew that he was doing it so he could increase what they wanted to charge. I saw through the tactic, so I paid the 89.00 service fee and ended the appointment. I've had other plumbing work done and no one ever spoke to me like him. If you are looking to pay a fair price for plumbing work I don't recommend using this company. Follow up. I'm happy to say that I called a different licensed better business plumbing company They didn't use any scare tactics changed out my toilet and shut off valve for the price Staggs wanted to charge me just to change out my toilet. Buyer beware of this company!
