I was skeptical about replacing my whole air conditioning system after getting an estimate from a different company that was astronomical! This company wanted to replace everything, which sounded crazy—but the first company did not have the same circumspect approach. They came out twice to examine my unit and found it in good working order and with no emergent problems. You can’t buy character like this anymore—and they were polite and on time too! Air Force One quickly diagnosed my a/c conpressor as low on R22 coolant. We discussed either scraping the 13 year old system or putting in more coolant. The tech said “Let’s examine your heater burner.” It was in almost new condition and therefore it was recommended to stick with the old system a few more years. Nice of these guys not to just immediately recommend a complete overhaul at a great expense.The Service Manager later told me that’s what their long-term reputation has been built on.

Kenny was so helpful, friendly and professional. I had a hose break at 10pm on a holiday and he was at my door the next morning with tools in hand. Kenny was very quick, but careful and explained everything he was doing in detail. Will definitely save contact info for future projects and friends.

Wilson replaced RUUD AC 5 years ago. Stopped cooling in May. Came out and put stop leak in it as said RUUD coils leak. We were not told this when we let them replace the unit 5 years ago OR we would have bought another brand.Just talked to Melissa.. she said will have tech out this afternoon for $99 and tech would tell us how much more to fix the RUUD AC as they do not honor Wilson's warranty. Tech in May said Steve Wilson is still in company.Declined...
