Chad from Accurate Leak is great. Very honest, showed up on time, and provided a timely report. I had a previous plumber out to check the lines for a foundation warranty transfer, the previous plumber indicated that I may have a sewer line leak. Chad showed up and tested the home and found out that only the clean out pipe (used by the plumbers to check the pipes) had a crack in it. No issues with any of the lines underneath the foundation. Chad went above and beyond...saving me a lot of money!

Just had our first service check after new system installed end of last summer. Mark the tech, couldn’t have been any nicer or more thorough. Made a few minor adjustments and showed me a few tips to keep the house even more comfortable.Great upgrade, the new Trane system is much more comfortable, reliable and electricity bill is lower, and we kept the house cooler last summer than we ever did with the old system.All the folks at Walker have been excellent and pleasant to work with.

I have used this company twice; once to replace my water heater, and now for a sewer repair. The service is the best I’ve ever had. They show up on time, their prices are much less than the bids I got from other companies, but what I like about them the most is the way they made my yard look once they were done. You can’t even tell I had a hole dug out front. They even power washed my driveway and sidewalk after they cleaned up. This is a company that really knows what customer service is all about.

Do not use these people to install air conditioners. They are not good - mine has needed servicing twice as they did not install the drain properly.Also my service technician missed the morning window of 9 am to 1 pm which is a pretty big window.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.

Hot water heater went out and CPR was there the same day to take a look and there the next day to get a new one installed. The price was fair and they took care of the city permit. I would highly recommend CPR!

We had a water leak at our meter, of course it was not a city issue. Call Plumbing Garland Texas and talked to they representative , she explained the pricing up front. She worked and got me appointment the next day and then called me back as they had cancellation and was sending a crew out. The 2 man crew were outstanding they found the leak and then repair it .
