Jason was amazing! Hasn't even left my driveway and I'm leaving a review. Came on short notice to diagnose and discover the issue with why I wasn't getting cold water through the washer valve making doing laundry a hassle. Fixed it quickly and also fixed my running toilet that cost me so much in water bills since I moved in! Reasonable prices for parts and labor and has CC convenience. I had Walker Air Conditioning come out and check my unit. The office personnel got me scheduled the same day and got a technician out very quick. The technician was very professional, nice and knowledgeable about my system and what was going on with it. He had it working in no time.

This business runs on rude customer service and bad policies. I called them to come out to do a diagnosis. I was informed that there would be no trip charge. However, their billing starts the minute they arrive. I went ahead and made the appointment. Today, they called me an hour before to confirm. I told them to go ahead and come. However, unbeknownst to me, another plumber had already come out before them and finished the job for a total of $154. Then at 11:25am, the “receptionist” calls me to tell me that their plumber arrived at 11:00am and demanded I pay $175 for the 25 minutes of their time. Keep in mind that the plumber NEVER walked into the business, spoke to any of our employees, or let anyone know he was on site. I told the receptionist that I would not pay for 25 minutes of their time (even know the plumber NEVER stepped foot inside). She then proceeded to threaten me to send my invoice to collections and hung up the phone.I’m so glad I didn’t use them. I went with Plumbco Services instead and I suggest you do the same.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.

Two times I've had to use CPR Plumbing and both times they've knocked it out of the park. From a simple shower faucet fix to finding a break in my sewer line from roots, they've never let me down. 10/10 will return to them again if anything else goes wrong.

Ok so I’m a patient guy. All I wanted was to hire a qualified plumber to unstop a bathroom sink. I was told that someone would be at my home between 4 and 6 pm. No one showed up or even had the courtesy to call me. This company doesn’t care about me the customer because they never showed up even after I called 3 times for updates. My last call I asked just tell me if the plumber is coming. The person on the phone said I’ll call to see what is taking so long. He said he was going to call me back but again I never received a call back. For those of you who are considering hiring this company, DONT BOTHER. I really hope potential customers see my review and take their business and hard earned dollars elsewhere. If I could give it zero stars I would.Very disappointed and unhappy.
