Called out for a clogged drain, they were prompt, courteous, and priced fairly without any attempts to upsell or use scare tactics. Even ran a camera into the line free of charge to verify blockage was cleared.
Slate will be my first call the next time I have any issues.

Plumber came out and replaced 6 water cutoff's under kitchen and bathroom sinks. Next day I had the sinks and countertops replaced and had another plumbing company com out and reconnect all the plumbing to new sinks. They had to rework 3 of the cutoff's due to them leaking. I could have called One Source back out but did not want to wait so I just had them repair the faulty work that One Source did

I called several plumbing companies for a break in the main water line going into my home. Pure Plumbing was the only company that could get someone out the same day to address my problem. Believe me you don’t know how important it is to have water until you don’t have water. Uriel and Marcos stayed late in the evening to replace the water line to ensure we had water to bathe, cook, wash clothes and flush the toilet. We’ve used Total Plumbing on several occasion for various projects. We purchased an older home and the previous home owners used Total Plumbing to replace over 75 percent of the original plumbing. We’ve used them to declog toilets in 2 of 3 bathrooms, replace a hose bib, replace our kitchen sink p-trap, and install an R/O system for our drinking water. Their pricing is competitive and they do quality work. All the team members we’ve worked with have been very professional. Most recently, we’ve had Jubal out at our house and will be requesting him in the future as well. 10/10 would recommend.
