Best Air Conditioner Replacement in Dallas TX

I have had Hooper Plumbing and A/C as part of my home maintenance team for over 15 years. They have helped me through backed up plumbing, frozen pipes, broken hot water heaters and general maintenance on my home and rental properties I had. I think this company and the people they hire are the top of their class.

Dallas Plumbing Company was professional, responsive, and offered good customer service through their dispatch. If there were any hiccups throughout our interaction, they made sure to make up for it. Their technician, Anthony, came and was able to access our sewer lines to perform an in-camera inspection to detect a plumbing leak, which he did. This was something another plumbing company said they could not do without charging us $3800 to install access points. Anthony was able to get the job done and give us a detailed report with his recommendation so that we could provide the same to our insurance company for prompt resolution of the issue. I’d use them again.

Milestone has done two major jobs for us, replacing and upgrading our electrical panel as well as adding new outlets where needed and repairing light switches. They also replaced our aging hvac system. They did quality work and were very professional. Our new hvac system worked great for 8 years, then this summer during a run of 100 degree days the ac went out. Amazingly, we were able to get an appointment the SAME day we called. Jose came out and did a temporary fix to get it running again and ordered new parts to complete the repair. As soon as the parts came in a couple of weeks later, the technician, Rigoberto came out and quickly installed the new board to complete the repair. Before he left he verified everything was working. AC is running now good as new. I can’t speak to pricing since everything was covered under the warranty.I highly recommend Milestone for any electrical work or hvac services. I haven’t used their plumbing service yet but I’ll probably give that a try in very near future.Update for 2023: an issue with our hot water heater led me to first call Milestone. It took several visits and changed out elements and thermostats. Still kept running out of hot water. Today master plumber Steve Pound came out. After conducting several tests, he was able to diagnose the problem and hopefully now all is well. Furthermore he explained everything in layman terms so we understood. He took his time to explain. Very knowledgeable and very professional. He mentioned Milestone offered other home related services. Next time we need something I will probably call them first.

However, today I had a complex Plumbing problem and Tyrone came out and was amazing! He helped I understand some of the issues involved and presented a good and reasonable solution! You guys are rockstars!Update: we need to replace the HVAC in our house. Jeremy was very thorough in assessing our system and walking me through our options and pro's and con's. We are installing the new system in the attic ( the old one was in the hall closet) so there was more to consider. We are going to get a great new setup! So pleased!

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

He went way beyond his duty by helping me find the best deal as I am retired and on a fixed income.The servicemen who installed my unit, were very professional and truly showed their expertise.All in all, the service I received was excellent as always.

My first impression of them was great. They came around 10pm on Father's Day to unclog a drain that the AC condensate line drains into. If this wasn't cleared, running the AC would cause the guest bathroom sink to overflow. They spent about 2 hours, but finally got it using their drain camera and teamwork. It was just under $300 total. A couple days later I noticed the bathtub on the other side of the wall backing up. They never checked to see if that tub, which we suspected shares the same drain was draining correctly. I did an online chat to schedule a return and was assured I wouldn't be charged another $300. The 'no charge' got lost along the line multiple times. When the office called to tell me someone was on the way, i asked again about the charge. I would agree to the $99 trio charge but no more. She said she'd get back to me. Next thing I know, the tech is at my door. We talk about what needs to be done and tells me it will be expensive for him to climb on the roof. What happened to no charge. Calls the manager, who agrees to let him do it for $350 instead of the usual $700. Nope. I sent him away and apologized that his office wasted his time because he shouldn't have even showed up if they were going to charge me. After that, they went from 5 stars to 3.
