called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Wade was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.

Wow! Scott was simply amazing!! The whole experience with Milestone was great! We had water leaking from a chandelier in the kitchen.Scott arrived right on time, he listened patiently while I described our issues, then did all kinds of checks and crawled in the attic and found a dangerous exposed wire connection, which he immediately took care of after explaining it to me.He was so wonderful about taking time to explain everything. In the end he fixed all of our issues and we set up service for later as well. ?? thanks Scott and Milestone.

Technician Koyt was very helpful and answered all our questions giving us an honest review of our hvac system. The team was on time for the installation & cleaned any mess as well. Highly recommend.

Right Call and Chance cleared a clogged bathroom drain with an ac condensation pipe. Coordination on timing was professional and Chance was very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Since my previous review (below), I have been in touch with Frymire who has made it a priority to correct any misgivings and miscommunications. I must say, that in spite of the sales guy, that they do have good staff members. If I had dealt with Omar from the beginning, this would be at least a 4 star review, instead of a 3 star review. (I've now priced matched with other companies, and this was all lies) He even told me he would be their every step of the way, seeing my apprehension with spending this kind of money, when a traditional install would be more than half the cost.I HAVEN'T SEEN HIDE OR HAIR OF HIM SINCE HE TOLD ME THOSE LIES. I texted Chris to let him know the installation was sloppy and was done inefficiently. I was told by the installers, the receptionist, and by Chris that someone would contact me about this debacle. 3 months and I haven't heard from anyone. THEY EVEN INSTALLED RETURNS NEXT TO MY FIRE EXTINGUISHERS!After receiving three $800 electric bills, I am now reviewing my contract with Frymire; I WANT OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE!

Matt has done several jobs for us, tub and shower installs, leaky pipes in the wall, and just recently replaced our sewer line and put in two new cleanouts. Hes honest and reliable, we wouldnt hire anyone else for any plumbing!

I called in the morning and Jerry was there that afternoon. He went straight to the problem and corrected it right away. Very polite and very professional!
