Dallas Plumbing is good for basic things. Initially i called in to have a bidet seat and a shower (attached) installed. The team was courteous and scheduled me. There was no appointment confirmation but that's not a particular bother to me. The technician when he showed up was kind and he took one look and said, I don't know what to do with that, they'll have to calls someone else to do that. That isn't the service i expected. I expected better service or for the scheduler to have a better grasp of the tasks at hand. Feel free to use them, however be very explicit with what you need.

Grant did an amazing job! Exceeded our expectations. He efficiently and neatly removed old light fixtures and installed 3 new ones. Also installed the proper boxes to hang them. The lights look great, and we will definitely use milestone again ??

Erick was great even though it was 8pm and solved the problem in less than 1 hours which was critical because temperatures were in the teens.

RICARDO CERVANTES was my technicians. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience. He came in check faucets and went straight to work Almost as if pinpointing where the pipe was clog. He unclog it . With in a matter of time he was done. He is very respectful and really nice. I recommend Ricardo to others who have there sewer line clog up. Thanks.

Even though I made it clear I was not available until after 1:30 pm. I waited several days for my appointment only to call and be told that my plumber arrived at my home that morning to do the work. How unbelievable and unprofessional. COMING TO MY HOUSE WHEN THE SERVICE PROVIDER KNOWS I WOULD NOT BE THERE. SHAMEFUL. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Why make an appointment when they show up whenever they want. I sought service from someone else.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

The plumber Angel with Frymire responded to an SOS from our tenant, on a Sunday evening. In the rain after dark, he climbed up on the roof and ran a camera test to check the pipes under the home. He was careful to explain everything to the tenant and to us, and could not have been more polite and professional than he was. We are very impressed, we trust him, and we believe his service was totally top notch. We are having them replace all the cast iron pipes under the home, and intend to recommend Angel with Frymire to all of our real estate clients!

My family and I just moved into our first house and our AC unit was not working . Quincey Wesley (comfort advisor) and Brad (technician) offered us multiple solutions. Our units are older and instead of them pressuring us into replacing the units like other companies suggested, they recommended that we did the repairs ($350) to keep the units running for the time being since the repairs aren’t too expensive . Emergencies happen, CPR Plumbing Service came to our rescue! We had turned on the faucet and was surprised by lack of pressure and quickly realized there was a leak and it was draining inside the house! They tried to sell me an air handling system that I didn't need in the Summer of 2011 that I did not need. The service tech was so lazy that he didn't even bother to put the side panels back on the outside A/C unit. Use anybody else besides this company.
