Great response time

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

It’s never a good thing to need plumber. Especially not late in the day! Luckily for us, Kevin was more than willing to come out and take care of our problem right away. The job took less time that expected. He didn’t go into any areas of our house without permission and was very respectful the entire time. But the very best thing he did was educate us on how to keep cost down and everything running smoothly. Definitely would recommend Leak Stop to my friends and family! Thanks again, Kevin! ????

The quality of his work is fantastic and the peace of mind we have knowing we have his plumbing services available if needed cannot be understated. He also did an install of a water leak detector for us in addition to repairing our aging irrigation valves. Would highly recommend!

OMG. Carey was a very professional and congenial person. He's been to my home 4 times and each time he has been punctual and quick. He always wears a mask which I am grateful for. He also shows his ID every time even though he has been there multiple times. I really liked working with him.

We had our A/C stop blowing cold air on a 100 degree day. It was evening before we fully noticed that we had a problem on our hands, but we called Frymire anyway, explaining our situation and hoping they'd send a tech. They sent somebody (T. West, I forget his first name) right out. He got to our house at 8:45p and the job (a capacitor replacement) was done by 9:10. These folks are capable, responsive, and compassionate. We'll use 'em as long as we can.

Got back to us quickly and got an appointment the same day. Thought we had a leak. Never found a leak after everything was carefully checked. They didn't pressure us into anything we definitely did not need. We (an Marco) think the front load washer has an issue.
