Highly recommend. Good value for the money - they were almost half the price of a national firm's quote. They also stuck with their quote even though they had to jackhammer through the slab in two places and found 4 leaks, taking longer than anticipated. Professional, good communicators,good work. Ryan did a great job today and was extremely personable. He made sure to research all possible scenarios of what might be going on. I can’t remember the name of the technician who originally did the work a week or so ago but he was extremely nice as well. Cannot praise these guys enough- saved us from a nightmare! Bought an older home and thought it had no major issues, then wet spots started coming up all under the carpet! The pipes were so old they had eroded and the estimates we got from other plumbing companies were through the roof. When TSLR bid the lowest price, yet offered a 3 year warranty and offered a bunch of options.. we were scared it would be a ya get what you pay for mistake. Nope. Our techs showed up on time and charged us exactly what we originally agreed on. Now I know most plumbing companies are completw bs when they added all those necessary charges. Going w TSLR from now on. Keep up the good work!
