Carpenter HCP&E did an excellent job installing our new mini split HVAC system. They are always on time, do excellent work, and are very good at communicating with the customer!

Trevor was polite, professional and punctual. The job even ended up costing me less than originally quoted!

Cliff Fraley is friendly, professional, and reasonable. He does a great job of letting you know when he will arrive and is always on time. This time he helped us with installing a garbage disposal and replacement of sink drains. In the past he installed new toilets, the sump pump, and cleaning drains both inside and outside. He educates us on the areas he works on so that we can maintain our home better. We have referred him to our neighbors and friends, and everyone is pleased with his work.

I want to thank Bryan & Shawn for stopping to help me this morning. I had my tire go flat on the interstate in the pouring down rain and they not only stopped to see if I was ok, but they also asked if I needed any help. My phone was dead and I had no way to call for help. They removed my flat tire and put on my spare tire in the pouring rain. I felt so bad that they got soaking wet, but I was so happy to have them help me so I could get to the hospital before my mom had surgery this morning. I will definitely be calling them for all of my ac and plumbing needs at my home!! They are such good young men to do what they did for me this morning!! Thank you again Shawn and Bryan!!!

Quick and professional install, with Costco I got a great deal on whole house HVac. No detail was over looked. Salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their system.

Todd was great to find out the issue with my Geo Thermal HVAC unit at my home this morning.
He had also recommended the solution to fix the issue as well.

Lavon was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions I had about what was being done. He took the time to go over everything, and made sure that I was able to see why certain things that I hadn't scheduled an appointment for may need done soon. I would have never thought about the duct cleaning otherwise - definitely appreciate that! :)

I woke up this morning and noticed the air coming through my vents wasn’t as cold as it should be and there was a hissing noise. I called around 8:30 am and was scheduled for the 2-4pm slot, but they called around 10 asking if I’d prefer to be bumped up. Spencer S went over what was wrong (ultimately, old unit needed replaced), was able to put a temporary patch on the unit to keep us comfortable for the next couple days, and scheduled our estimate for this evening. Mark D went over all options with us with very transparent pricing and our install is scheduled for tomorrow morning. This was something we should have been prepared for but weren’t, and both Mark and Spencer took great care of us and made a major headache much more bearable. We will be choosing Atlas Butler when it’s time to replace our furnace for sure.
