Tony was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. He understood that I needed an extra long hose since I would be bathing my invalid mother as she sat in her shower chair. He searched the store until he found one. Then he explained each step of the installation. To top it off, when I phoned and explained to Iggy what I needed, he said that we qualified for a senior citizen discount. Would highly recommend.

Nice folks but the person who showed up to fix my plumbing problem seemed to have a significant lack of stock in their truck. This impaired the ability to fix or replace parts of the project. They did respond immediately on a Friday afternoon to my home when I developed a leak.

Ed came to the house and was professional. He took time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered my questions. He even went the extra step of removing all of the dust from the main unit by hand as he was testing the various components.

I used their plumbing services, and I'm satisfied with the work they completed (though they couldn't complete it all as I ended my contract with them), I'm not a fan of their business tactics. As they were working on part of the job in my bathroom they decided to change the price on me by about an additional two thousand. The why is the funny part, they claimed they had to rework the wall to install the cabinet I showed them during the estimate process. They reviewed the IKEA cabinet, quoted a price, and said they could install it during the estimate, when they clearly couldn't without adding an additional few thousand dollars mid job. Their business practices are deceptive, and I would encourage you to look around for other plumbing options before selecting this company.
