Collin did a fantastic job detecting the source of a water leak in our plumbing. It was a challenging repair. Collin is very knowledgeable and his depth of experience was very apparent. If you want to do what's best for your property and not just take the cheapest price you hear, then this is the company you want. They replaced and upgraded our water service line. They were thoughtful and deliberate about the repair, and took the time to explain what is best, why, and how it will be done.

We had our water service line break just 2 years after having it repaired. I interviewed (got estimates from) 5 companies for this job. These guys weren't the cheapest, but considering the improvements they gave us, I think they were the absolute best deal! These guys where the only ones who actually measured the depth of my water line and it was too shallow (above the frost line). That's probably the cause of our line breaking twice. I was worried about digging up the yard since we are planning to sell this year, so they used a directional bore and left the yard intact. They excavated the hole at the street with a hydrovac and back filled with fresh soil, perfect for seeding. They scoped the sewer line and found that the bore would be in danger of hitting it, so they moved the service line over to run parallel to the sewer line and to square off with the street connection. This had 2 advantages: using only a single roll of copper (our original line was over 100ft from the street connection), and it removed the risk of hitting the sewer line. They were quick, organized, communicative, and didn't leave a mess anywhere.

In the end we upgraded to a single copper line with no couplers in the ground, installed at the correct depth, squared off to the street, and our yard is in great shape, all at the same price some companies wanted to dig up our whole yard and put in a longer line at too shallow a depth. And they wore masks (covid); not everyone will do that. And it's a family owned company. I couldn't ask for anything more!

They do everything from leaky faucets to new construction. I highly recommend this company.

The service I received was excellent! Drew was professional, knowledgeable and ensured trust. I think his recommendations were right on target and I went with them. He was very focused and got the jobs done. He left everything much better than he found it and it was greatly appreciated. He was kind and patient with a little old lady. John did a great job of removing roots from my sewer line, while advising me of cost effective ways of maintaining a clear line. After several prior estimates from other companies, I felt John and DrainMaster weren't trying to sell me on something I didn't need, but repaired what needed to be repaired and allowed me the option to take care of what I could on my own to save money. John was knowledgeable, pleasant, and transparent about the whole process.

Tried supporting a family company for our plumbing needs and was NOT given the courtesy of a phone call back. Our money was well spent elsewhere!

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Had Mike out today and he did a phenomenal job, exceeded my expectations by a mile! The work looks amazing and best part is that I finally have water pressure again. Recently had them replace a water line from the curb to the home. Owner was very helpful and thorough in explaining the work needing done. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely will call them in the future for plumbing needs

Was having a panic attack thinking it was the roots from a tree in my mainline and I was going to half to have a backhoe come out in my backyard for three grand. Guy came out and told me that 90% of the time this machine takes care of it and to calm down and not panic. He was right and pulled out a lot of roots from my main line and got it totally clear. then he told me what to buy at Home Depot and Lowe's once every month or two to stop the routes from growing in my line. So not only did he keep me calm but he fixed the problem and then told me how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I have a friend from Roto router who I went to high school with who was going to charge me $375 for the Exact same thing that this company did for $205 exactly. It kind of upset me when I found out rotor router gets paid off of commission and that I wasn't getting a deal from them but my so-called friend was making a couple hundred off of me. These guys were complete strangers and did me better than people I have known my whole life. I have an older house and I'm sure problems will reoccur especially with cast iron pipes but I am a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing customer for life or at least as long as they are around nothing short of amazing.

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have. I have utilized Miller Ranney on multiple jobs and will continue to do so. MR have been quick to respond to all of my calls. Their employees are thorough and a joy to work with. If you are looking for a solid plumbing service in the area check these guys out first.

Both my wife and I called for a rather important plumbing issue. We were both told separately that we'd be called back to schedule it and it never happened. We ended up having to go with a different company. It is inexcusable to leave a customer hanging like that and I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs...
