Best Water System Installations in Columbus OH

Update: Owner called shortly after my review to discuss his reasoning behind his practice of charging for estimates. While I still do not agree with his reasoning, I am going to update (for now) to 4 stars. Further updates may be made after our scheduled appointment tomorrow.

Not sure of other aspects of this business but 120 dollars to come out for an estimate? No thank you. Called for an estimate for a french drain and was told I'd have to pay. Doesn't seem very smart when I've now lined up 3 other contractors with just as good reviews and they're all free.

Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service they provided. They removed a leaky saddle valve that was for our humidifier and put in a 'real' valve. They also did the plumbing for the natural gas pipes for our home generator. Very courteous,, professional. Sean and Jake were the best .. they will be the ones we call for any of our plumbing needs.

I have a few plumbing problems happen consecutively and Liz and techs were very responsive to my issues. Thanks team!

I appreciated receiving an email with a picture of the Mr Rooter Blacklick employees when they were on their way to my house. Billy, Josh, Kevin and all the crew were on time, friendly, professional, explained the process to me and answered all my questions. They all worked very hard to ensure me the work would be done within the timeframe quoted. Mr Rooter also has the heavy equipment to get the big jobs done.

Accurate Plumbing did a good job removing old fixtures before bathtub refinish and installing new after it was done. I appreciated Mike's timely responses to me via e-mail. And Jim was very prompt for scheduled appointments and did a good work!

Plumbing One has done a great job. I work for Franklinton Farms and they have given us excellent service and rates for our plumbing installation needs. We did have 1 small issues with 1 of the jobs, but they were out immediately to fix it. Definitely recommend, and will use again in the future.

Both my wife and I called for a rather important plumbing issue. We were both told separately that we'd be called back to schedule it and it never happened. We ended up having to go with a different company. It is inexcusable to leave a customer hanging like that and I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs...

Called this plumber for sewer cleaning service. He came in the promised time, reacted quickly and did the sewer cleaning within half an hour. Very good!
