We needed a new water heater and they quickly provided a free estimate and explained what needed to be done. We were able to schedule appointments quickly and easily. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, did a great job, and left the area clean. I would recommend.

You have to beg for them to do the job. And then call and beg again. Still have not completed job they said they would do.

Pricing is not reasonable at all. Was charged over $400.00 for less than two hours of labor to get a pilot light lit on a water heater. Definitely would not have used their services if another plumber was available (all local plumbers were booked out in my area due to severe flooding)

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

These guys were great. Plumber just left, got a new garbage disposal installed for a great price. 300 below some places. Plus, they were able to get in 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend.

Called this company to replace a garbage disposal after a plumber from another plumbing company with the initials RR gave me an estimate of $500.00 to replace the garbage disposal although I provided the replacement unit. Tommy and JD came to the house and after a few minutes Tommy got the garbage disposal working again. Returned the unit that I had already purchased. A week later Tommy and JD returned to the house to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a leaking shower head. They were professional, worked quickly and Tommy even cleaned up the mess under the sink from a badly corroded faucet. I highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them again whenever a need arises. Tommy has an awesome sense of humor and genuinely cares about his customers, as a result he gets my Best Plumber Award.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.

I contacted Hesson Plumbing on an evening about a leak coming from our tub/shower. Chris let me know that evening that he could be out the very next morning. He was early for the appointment. He was knowledgeable and kept my husband informed every step of the way. Chris fixed the leak and tested the water. He found another place the pipes were leaking and proceeded to fix it. I’m glad I called Hesson Plumbing. They will be the first plumbers I call.
