Great company

We had a laundry room pipe clog which caused water to back up in the utility sink when the washer drained. Then the sink stopped draining all together. The first company that came out said it required more than 50’ of cable line to find/unclog the blockage and they didn’t have a long enough line to do that. I then called Roto-Rooter and their technician, Shawnte, came within the hour. Shawnee had over 20 years of experience , was able to locate the problem, fix the problem, and get our water running freely again. He was terrific in every way and so was this service. Thank you Rotor-Rooter!

This company went over & above. They came out quickly, realized we needed a new water heater, picked it up & was back in about an hour or so & installed it. Same day, no issues. Wonderful experience. Would 100% recommend this company!

We had a block in our main sewer line and it was backed up into our basement. We called a different company first. They spent 6 hours trying to unclog it, and then left because the root was too big to cut. Drainmaster came out and after a couple minutes, they knew the line was broken and that a Columbia Gas contractor had damaged our line. They quickly and correctly identified the problem. We are now getting it fixed. Next time I need a plumber, I will be quick to call them. I would recommend you do the same.

My sump pump went out overnight. Called ARS at 730am, and they were here by 9:20am...THE SAME DAY! I was given installation options without gimmicks. Rob and his co-worker did a great job, and it was very professional! It's also nice to deal with polite, friendly service professionals. Great Job! Keep up the good work!

Were professional and gave pricing up front. Cost was fair. Explained what repair was needed and answered all questions. I am a first-time customer and pleased I chose them. They will be my first choice for all future needs.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Had a water heater that needed replacing and Accurate Plumbing was out the same day. We also had Atlas Butler and the Eco Plumbers out for estimates. Accurate Plumbing beat both companies by $900 to $1200. Accurate Plumbing had everything done by noon. Call these guys first.

After the freakish cold spell in December (2022), several of our pipes shattered despite us dripping the faucets. Turns out the handymen that flipped our new house didn't do things correctly or to code. Surprise surprise!

I had worked with Trevor a couple times before when we first moved into the house in March 2022. It was very glad that I had his number still in my phone because he was able to come over the next day to get everything remedied. He had to completely repipe probably about half the piping in our house. Thorough, honest, and friendly to work with. I'm hoping we're all set for a bit, but I'm glad to have him on call just in case!

Had a clogged up kitchen sink that I was unable to fix myself. Called on a Sunday and the company came out the next morning. Antwan unclogged the drain quickly and without issue. Also gave an estimate on our garbage disposal which needed replaced, but was not pushy when I said we would probably replace it ourselves. I would use the company again if needed.
