Best Tub Drain in Columbus OH

I had to have my kitchen drain cleared. They provided excellent service, courteous, friendly and definitely a better experience than I had previously with one of the big name companies a couple of years ago. I would recommend them highly.

Mr. Rooter was recommended by a good neighbor who also used their services. Tech was very professional and friendly. He not only cleared the drain, but also mad a minor repair to a drain pipe the previous house owner had incorrectly installed.

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Both my wife and I called for a rather important plumbing issue. We were both told separately that we'd be called back to schedule it and it never happened. We ended up having to go with a different company. It is inexcusable to leave a customer hanging like that and I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs...

Gunther is always professional, on time and fast. Mike was in, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the issue within 30 minutes. He was friendly and courteous. Will definitely use them again for all of our plumbing needs!!

Sam called ahead of schedule and showed up on time. Fast, friendly, and got the kitchen drain open in a few minutes. Reasonable cost and a real pleasure to have in our home. Dog friendly, which is a big plus for us.

We had a leak in our basement and didn't know the source. Hayder came and quickly diagnosed the issue replaced the cracked pipe and repaired the damage. He was very knowledgeable, competent and professional.

Great customer service. They do good work for a fair price and can usually get you scheduled quickly

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

Have to give them thumbs up, when they installed my tankless hot water heater in 2007 they did great. Loved the installers and love the system to this day! I used them again in 2010 for a leak which again they did great! In Sept 2018 I called to have them work on a leak in my bathtub. No one to answer phone when you call, had to leave a message. they did call back next day and scheduled an appt. Took a day off work to meet with their plumber who literally walked in my house, looked at the leak (tiny drip from faucet in tub) and said I will be right back. Walked back out to his truck and returned 5 minutes later to say you gotta call someone else, I'm not comfortable doing shower faucets. Then he said you can call and ask for someone else maybe but I'm not comfortable doing this. Now I'm off work for the day and back to shopping for a plumber.

Great plumbing company

I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.

Very professional and punctual! Their team does not work on commission like Roto Rooter, so they did not try to up-sell me on any plumbing services. In fact, they came up with solutions for the installation of my dog wash tub and gas fireplace logs (they are licensed to work on gas lines) that saved me money.
