I manage Eastpointe Ridge Apartments and we use Plumbing & Drain Professionals anytime we need them. Normally, we call them worst case scenario and each time they have been here quickly and their techs are very knowledgeable!! Its hard to find a company that runs the way they do and with the people they have working. They are great!!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Jason and Bill both provided us with excellent service when our water heater unexpectedly stopped working. They were able to figure out the issue and install a new water heater the same day I called. They clearly explained the issue and related costs, and worked with us to make the process as smooth as possible. Jason even stayed on hold with the manufacturer for almost 3 hours to ensure we got our refund. I can’t recommend Water Heaters Plus enough!

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.
